A parent's worst fear occurred on General Hospital.Lovely Kristina has been badly beaten, and Alexis and Sonny are distraught. Kristina is furious with Ethan for his rejection sooooooo she says that he did this to her. The scratch on his face does not look good for him,yet, the fans know that a disturbed Keifer did this brutal abusive act.Keifer has got a major problem with his rage. He needs a lot of psychological help. When Kristina says that it was Ethan, a fierce Sonny goes to kill him. Thank God for Dante and Lucky who stopped Sonny's fury and arrested Ethan. Ethan tries to explain the truth to Lucky and others soooooo. Even Johnny steps in to defend Ethan. Ethan is going to need Luke and Luke is gone again.Yet,Tracey steps up to help.Kristina ,as many victims, feels that, perhaps, she did something or said something to cause this punishment. Sam tells her that NO man should ever lay a hand on a girl . She is only guilty of lying about the perpetrator.. not the crime.( Thanks GH for a timely story. Both female and male teens are being abused too often by boy or girlfriends.)As Dante stood outside Kristina's hospital room listening to Sonny chat with Kristina, it touched him.Sonny tells a sleeping Kristina that she looks like her grandmother did when his stepfather beat her.He cried tears of remorse..It brings back a really hurtful time in Sonny's life.He says: " I know how it must have felt.None of my kids were supposed to go through this."Sonny's most adamant statement seems to be : " Don't ever hurt a woman Physically, etc."
Alexis ,as a mom, must face several realities about Kristina. Sam tells her that she took Kristina to get birth control.Sam did this to help her sis who wanted to become sexually active. Alexis certainly does not like this. At this point, a harsh reality can occur. It's a sad time for Kristina because she is hurting in sooooooo many ways.One does like the way Sam, Alexis,and Sonny talked to her to reassure her that this was not HER FAULT.
In the meantime, evil Helena pays the lab guy to do some changing on the paternity report for Liz. Believe it or not, Lucky is the father of Elizabeth's unborn child. Soooooooo one surmises that Nikolas will be told soon. Where this will lead for him and Liz is not really clear.IT was definitely a day of revelations for the GH crowd. Please continue to follow this story of brutal abusiveness.
