General Hospital Update for Friday, 19-Feb-2010

Lots of action today! Lucky stepped up for Liz (again!!), Carly went to bat for Sonny (again!!) with Dante and Olivia also was there for Dante (again!!)
Almost forgot to mention that Lucky and Maxie, along with Dante, could be facing danger.
Let's start off with Lucky and Liz. Liz is in Shadybrook as a patient and has had an unwanted visitor: Helena, who is telling Liz that she will raise the Cassidine heir when Liz gives birth!
Lucky pulls a gun on the Cassadine matriarch when he enters Liz's room, which finally gets Helena to leave.
Liz is putty in Lucky's arms, and Lucky tells her that whatever happens, he will always be there for her and Cam and Jake will always be his boys. I don't know if he's just saying that, because of Liz's mental state, or he really means it. Either way, he sounds pretty convincing.
On to Luke, who is telling Nicholas to stay away from his family, including Liz! Nick isn't having any of it, and goes to see Liz in Shadybrook when Lucky leaves.Liz isn't up for any more company, as she tells Nick...
Over at GH, Carly is in Dante's hospital room and is begging him to lie on the stand at Sonny's upcoming murder trial. Dante's not buying it, and Olivia is soon on the scene, telling Carly to back off and leave Dante alone.
After Carly leaves, Dante has another heated discussion with his mother about not telling him about Sonny, saying that he always wondered why she never brought men home, and now he knows it's because Olivia was still in love with Sonny!!
After she denied that remark, Olivia goes over to Sonny's house, also telling him to have his family lay off Dante. After all, the guy just got shot, right?
Sonny tears into her again, about not telling him that Dante was his son years ago, saying that it's all HER fault that he pulled the trigger!! Olivia just can't get a break today, right?
Finally, what kind of trouble could Maxie and Lucky get into. They are both on the road at the end of the show, and it looks like they both get into a traffic accident! More on that Monday, I'm sure....
