General Hospital Update for Friday, 18-Dec-2009

Christmas is a week away in Port Charles; can you believe it? I know Liz is starting to go into holiday freak-out mode!
Let's see what else happened today...oh yeah! Liz remembers one of the worst days of her life, and Rebecca doesn't tell Lucky about Liz and Nick AGAIN!! Jason realizes what a complete fruitloop Franco is and wisely gets Dominic/Dante to help bring him down. Franco also meets two of Port Charles' other citizens, which could potentially be fatal for one of them!
Let's start off with Lucky and Rebecca. They're at Jake's, and getting ready to start a friendly game of pool, when Lucky casually says that he knows that Liz would freak if she knew that they were there together and what's up with that?
As they walk over to the bar, surprise, it's Nick! And then here comes Liz, telling Lucky that Christmas is only a week away and the world's going to end if they don't get a tree NOW!!
Lucky sees through this (FINALLY) and asks Liz what's wrong. She looks over at Rebecca, who tells Liz to go first. Liz is scrambling as she looks over at Nick, and finally decides to walk down memory lane, remembering the terrible day in high school when she was raped--and Lucky found her.
As she tells the story, it's like Liz is remembering more and more what a good man Lucky really is, and also tells about their first wedding in a church on a snowy Valentine's Day.
Rebecca is clearly buying all of it, and the secret of Liz and Nicholas' steamy affair is safe for at least one more day.
On to Franco, who is clearly deranged. After Jason, Sam and Dominic realize that Claudia's body has been dug up, we see Franco going into his studio, carrying a large burlap bag. He takes out a bracelet that Claudia was wearing on the night she died, and places it on the mannequin that's in his studio, almost as a sign.
Franco's been busy, as he has a run-in with Ronnie, who walks in on him as he's tagging and with Carly at the Christmas tree lot.
It turns out that Franco and Ronnie have some history, as Franco was involved with a bust that it sounds like Ronnie screwed up on in New York City and kept quiet about it. He basically tells Ronnie to watch his back or things could get hot for him in Port Charles.
While this is happening, Dominic and Jason are meeting, and Jason brings him up to speed on what he knows about Franco. The upshot is that he is a potential serial killer who needs to be brought down immediately--and of course Dominic signs on to do this.
They break into his studio and see Claudia's bracelet on the mannequin, which as Jason says, is Franco telling them that he has Claudia's body. The big question: where did he put it?
Franco and Carly? They met at the Christmas tree lot, where they both expressed interest in the same tree. It's going to be interesting to see where that one might lead!
Almost forgot about the potentially fatal meeting with Franco for one PC citizen. Lulu is in the GH ER, with a person on a gurney, who she says could've possibly been hit by a car--but that person sure looked like Ronnie! Uh-oh....
