General Hospital Update for Thursday, 5-Nov-2009

Couldn't see all of this episode due to the special news reports on the Fort Hood shootings--and I am sure you will agree when I send our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families!
With that being said, here's what happened....
It was an emotional episode, with Johnny coming to grips with the fact that Claudia is dead, Carly and Jax getting to know Jocelyn, their new daughter--and finally dealing with Jerry's role in Michael's shooting, Lulu getting love and support from her family after her ordeal in the Zachara mansion, and Michael coming to terms with his role in the tragedy.
We start off with Johnny--who has deduced that his sister has died. The only thing he doesn't know for sure is how it happened.
He runs into Maxie (and I love the new hair color, btw!!) at GH, who tells him about waiting for Kate outside her residence and seeing Sonny pull up with a bloody handprint on his shirt.
Johnny thinks that it was Sonny who did the deed and actually goes to the burned cabin, where he finds Dominic. Dominic agrees to work with him to find where Claudia's body is actually buried--and from there, to figure out how she actually died.
Back at GH, Carly is getting to know Jocelyn, when the PCPD drops by and asks for a statement from her regarding that night's events.
She gives it in Jax's presence, but it's full of lies, leaving Michael completely out of it.
Jax confronts her after the PCPD detective leaves and asks how protecting Michael is helping him--when Carly hits him with why he kept Jerry's role in Michael's shooting from her!
They have a huge fight, and Carly is crushed when she finds out how long Jax new of Jerry's involvement, and it looks like a rift could happen!
Meanwhile, Sonny is telling Michael that he did the right thing in killing Claudia, and it seems like Michael really is a chip off the old block! Scary....
Finally, on to Lulu, who is recovering at GH from her stint in the cold water at the Zacharra mansion. The entire Spencer clan is there, including Nick and Liz, but Luke knows more than he's letting on about their relationship and is dropping many hints to Tracy, who's still a little dense and isn't picking up.
The show ended with a visit to the mystery man, and we see that he's obsessed with Jason! More to come.....
