General Hospital Update for Friday, 30-Oct-2009

Well, the secret's out. What secret is that, you ask? Let's just say that now the entire city of Port Charles knows that Claudia was behind Michael's shooting last year--and now Carly and her baby could pay the ultimate price!!
We start off at Claudia's birthday party at the Metrocourt. Claudia is on top of the world, beaming at Sonny's side.
Sonny makes a point of thanking everyone in the room for coming, but then gets to his lovely wife.
The bombshell is dropped next. Sonny turns to Claudia and says in front of the full room, that now he knows everything about her--and her role in the shooting, calling her a trashy whore in the process!
Claudia tries to deny it, but Sonny isn't buying it. She whips out her gun, Jason whips out his, and Claudia takes Carly hostage!
Claudia, who is now totally deranged, leaves the party with Carly at gunpoint and once they're in the elevator, Carly goes into labor.
Claudia steals a rental car parked outside of the Metrocourt, shoves Carly in it, and they're off.
Mac and the rest of the PCPD are soon on the scene, and of course, Mac arrests Jason. (Why not, right??) Mac and the rest of the Keystone Cops finally discover the make and the model of the rental Claudia's driving, and they go out to find her.
Meanwhile, back at the Metrocourt, the party guests are trying to process what happened. Tracy's getting hammered, Luke is trying to get information and Alexis is comforting Christina, who is freaked out seeing this side of Sonny for the first time.
Dante, on the other hand, is trying to still be the party host and is making a list of Zacharra safe houses for Mac. (Won't be long before HIS secret comes out, you think??)
Back in the car. Claudia is ranting to herself about how everyone has done her wrong and tells Carly that hurting her baby will be a good way to get back at Sonny and Jason for hurting her.
Carly fights back, jumping into the front seat while in labor and trying to grab the steering wheel from Claudia. They wind up crashing and are both off the road in the car. You know somebody's not going to make it, and frankly, I hope that somebody's name is Claudia!!
