General Hospital Update for Thursday, 8-Oct-2009

Well it was a slow Thursday in Port Charles with a few highlights worth mentioning. The first being a very shirtless Dante being fitted with a wire. In a reckless attempt to bring this case to a close, Dante agrees to wear a wire to get the final goods on Sonny and his organization. Sonny then sends Dante on an menial errand to deliver papers to Olivia at the metro court.

Under duress Olivia books a room for Claudia at the metro court under an assumed name. Olivia confides partial truths to Carly who isn't buying what she's selling. Carly pushed Olivia to be honest about her break up with Johnny and Claudia's sudden power over her.

Claudia, desperate to get pregnant, beckons Dante to her "discreet" love nest and pulls out all the stops in an attempt to seduce some Corinthos DNA.


Sam takes Christina to visit the birth control clinic. Christina is told that she must wait one month until the pills are effective before she can have sex. Me thinks that Keifer won't take this news too well.

Alexis attempts to have an honest conversation with Michael about his rage issues and her concerns over Christina and Molly's safety. Carly overhears and quickly comes to Micheal's defense, warning Alexis that cutting the girls off from their brother will not have the desired results.

Patrick's randy past catches up to him when he runs into ADA Allison, the best friend of an ex-girlfriend. The fates take over leaving Patrick solo for a long night of karaoke at Jake's. Jumping that the opportunity, Alison quickly volunteers herself as a tag along.

Johnny tells Sonny that Olivia broke up with him and that Claudia was the catalyst. Sonny breaks the speed-sound barrier rushing over to the metro court to confront Olivia. Sonny's humility knows no boundaries when he demands to know if she did it for him.
