General Hospital Update for Friday, 14-Aug-2009

What a Friday! Nicholas learned the truth about Rebecca, Sam found a severely-injured Jason at a church outside Vera Cruz, and Dante is getting further into the Corinthos organization--and Olivia isn't having any of it!
We start off with Nicholas, who has learned the whole story behind Rebecca's arrival in Port Charles, courtesy of Lucky, who got the goods from Ethan.
He's taking the news calmly--just a little too calmly, as Lucky tells Liz.
Although he had planned a trip to Greece for himself, Rebecca and Spencer, Nick cancelled his plans, after kicking Lucky out of Windemere.
By the time Rebecca came back to Windemere, Nick was well into a bottle of Vodka--and she doesn't know what she's in for, as Lucky tells Liz, "Nicholas is turning into a REAL Cassedine". Translation: he can flip on a dime!
Meanwhile, Rebecca has spent this time telling Liz that she's really fallen in love with Nicholas, and she hopes they all can be friends!
Heading South of the border, a severely-injured Jason is lying in the wreckage of the church in Vera Cruz, Mexico, after Jerry has shot him.
He's hallucinating; imagining that Michael, Christina and Carly have come to him. When Jason sees Sam, he's finally convinced that he's not hallucinating and Sam is very real.
He tells her to leave him and go find the teens, but she's not having any of it, telling him that she's staying.
Michael and Christina are actually working on the Vera Cruz beach during this time, and Michael's got a crush on an attractive French tourist! Very nice to see him act like a normal teen-aged boy...
Finally, Dante and Olivia. As we now know, Dante is actually an undercover NYPD Detective, who's working to bring down Sonny--and Olivia is not thrilled in the least about it.
She actually calls his lieutenant to try and get him off the case, and Dante finds out about it! Of course, they have the expected knock-down, drag-out fight.
Dante has actually won Morgan's trust, and actually agreed to take him to a Yankees' game, until Jacks heard about it and freaked out. Very wierd!!
That was about all that happened today. Can't wait for Monday, when I know that Nicholas is going to freak out!
