General Hospital Update for Friday, 29-May-2009

So the truth came out today--or did it? Holly told Ethan and Luke the truth about Ethan's parentage today--while Sam and Jason got the goods on Claudia. Claudia also 'fessed up to Michael about the baby she's having with Sonny.
What else happened today? Almost forgot to mention that Carly got a note from Doctor Lee (you'll have to read on to find out what for!), while Spinelli and Maxie are back as a team again.
Let's start off with Holly. She's on her way out of Port Charles, but not before she makes one final stop to the the Haunted Star to see Luke and Ethan.
This was after she dropped in on Robin. Holly spent the whole time telling Robin about what a mess her life was 20 years ago when Ethan was born and how she possibly couldn't take care of a baby at that time--meaning that the only responsible thing she felt she could do was to give him up.
Not exactly Mother of the Year (which Robin is catching on to), Holly adds that she felt like looking him up when she found out that his adoptive parents had died.
Somehow, Robin convinces Holly to tell the truth, which is why she blurts out at the Star that yes, indeed Luke is Ethan's father.
On to Claudia, who is bonding with Michael at GH, much to Carly's distress. Not exactly a future Girl Scout leader herself, Claudia ticks off Sonny when she blurts out to him and Michael that THEY are having a baby.
Michael is ok with this news, and evens tells Claudia about how good playing music to in-utero babies can be--and sadly, Carly (who is listening out of sight) is crushed!
More on Claudia--who has no idea that Jason and Sam have tracked down Freddo, the Zachara's bomb expert, who has spilled the beans on her scheme to wire Jerry Jacks' car. He sang like a canary, and I know now that Jason is going to go after her for Michael's shooting.
Jacks finds Carly crying in his office over Michael, and comforts her. When things get hot, Carly whips out a note from Dr. Lee, officially giving her permission to have sex with him! So off they go...
The only other thing that happened today was that Maxie and Spinelli are a solid team again, and are trying to figure out why Kate is leaking her own magazine layouts. Still no leads yet, but stay tuned!
