General Hospital Update for Friday, 22-May-2009

Bombshell was the order of the day today, as both Holly and Michael dropped them. What else happened? Let's see: Claudia and Olivia almost came to blows over Olivia sleeping with Johnny and it seems like the news is going to be on the local TV station soon, and Alexis is busy digging up the dirt on Rebecca!
We start off with Holly. She comes to the Haunted Star and says she's tired of playing games and wants to tell the truth for once in her life. She tells Luke, Tracy and Ethan that yes, she is indeed Ethan's mother, but Luke isn't his father. It's Robert Scorpio! (Why she would keep this information from Robert will be interesting to find out...) I still don't think Tracy's buying it, but it will be fascinating to see what comes next.
On to the next bombshell. Michael is getting all sorts of visitors to his hospital room, including his Great Grandfather Edward Quartermaine, who is putting the screws on him to agree to move into the Q's mansion.
Michael agrees to think about it, but flies off the handle when Carly comes in and tells him not to even think about it: he's still a minor and he's coming home with her.
OK, he says. In that case, he's moving in with Sonny!! Poor Carly! Michael is clearly angry at her for whatever reason, and as always, it's up to Jason to make things right, as Carly asked Jason to tell Michael how things were when he was in a coma and she was fighting for her son.
Now it's time for the latest dirt dujour in Port C: Johnny and his taste in cougars, er Olivia!
The news is getting out to the whole city, notably Maxie and Spinelli and Claudia, who goes to the MetroCourt to tell Olivia to keep her paws off her brother.
Naturally, Claudia thinks it's all about her and promptly gets into a huge fight with Johnny at the garage over it. Maxie walks in on the tail end of it and also wants the lowdown, which he gives her.
Finally, Alexis, who's trying to get the dirt on Rebecca. She gets Rebecca to agree not to have sex with Nicholas for two weeks, which should give her time to come up with something, I guess. Nick isn't happy about the deal, but agrees and takes Rebecca out sailing.
So we should find out next week what the next chapter is in these stories! Bye for now....
