General Hospital Update for Friday, 17-Apr-2009

IHPT were the initials of note today--and for those of you who aren't in the know, that stands for in-home pregnancy test. And yup, a few ladies in PC were taking them today!
And while that was going on, Jerry Jacks is definately back in town--and why isn't Jacks smiling? Robin is dealing with postpartum depression, and it looks like poor Patrick isn't holding up very well under the strain; Claudia fears that Sonny is closing in her secret and Lulu is letting Maxie have it!
We start off with IHPT's and the women who were taking them: Claudia and Carly!
As we know, Carly has suspected that she is pregnant, but the problem is that this could be fatal, due to the rare blood disorder that she has.
Even so, she doesn't want to let Jacks down, being the trooper that she is, even though she's been fainting and even fell down the stairs at one point.
Carly winds up taking the pregancy test that Olivia bought for her, and is so nervous that she tells Jason to read it! (And we don't find out what the results are!!)
Meanwhile, while this is going on, Jacks has arrived at the Aftercare Institute--and is stunned to find noother than Jerry at Michael's bedside!
On to Claudia, who has let Johnny know that Sonny is quickly closing in on her secret, and now knows for a fact that Jerry had a connection to Michael's shooting.
Knowing that it's only a matter of time before he figures out her connection, Claudia also takes a pregnancy test--and is facing Sonny with a smile on her face at the end of the show. Uh oh....
Meanwhile, over at GH, Patrick and Robin are still tap-dancing around each other, and Liz and Matt are making it clear that they've had enough of the battling doctor duo.
As Robin goes off to her psych appointment, Patrick tells Liz that he's running low on sleep, as he was up with Emma most of the night and his fuse is short, which is why he tore into Matt when he changed medications on one of Patrick's patients.
As Patrick is crying on Coleman the bartender's shoulder at Jake's, Robin is back at work--and decides to toss her meds! She's got a brave face on for Liz and tells her that she misses being friends with her, yada yada, but it's only a matter of time before she freaks out again, trust me!
Finally Maxie and Lulu. Lulu's decided to let Maxinista have it, and has moved all of her furniture into her half of the apartment.
Even Spinelli's having nothing to do with Maxie, even telling her to call Crimson tech support the next time her computer crashes! Maybe THIS time, Maxie will realize the damage she's done?? We can only find out!!
