General Hospital Update for Friday, 13-Feb-2009

Happy Friday the 13th! Some people say that Friday the 13th can be the luckiest day of the year--but this wasn't the case for Trevor or Claudia today.
Sam hit the jackpot, along with everyone else who was able to get out of GH alive. Spinelli and Maxie still aren't out of the woods, however.
We start off with Trevor--and what was his last day on earth. He was in a confrontation with Sam on the roof, since he still had the poison. Sam had him at gunpoint, telling him to give it up. One thing led to another, and Trevor wound up trying to push Sam off the roof. Only two problems: he left the poison behind, Sam was able to hold onto the ledge, but he slipped, falling off. Wow, guess he won't be seeing Costa Rica after all, right?
Sam made it through, with Jason's help. He came on the roof just as she was starting to slip and heard her cry out--and he even got the poison in the process.
So the death toll from this year's GH crisis has officially reached two: Leyla and now Trevor.
OK, making it out of GH so far: Monica, Edward, Tracy, Lulu, Claudia, Lucky, Liz, Kate, Matt, Patrick, Carly, Sonny. There might be more, but I'm not sure. Everyone's at Mercy Hospital or on their way to Mercy.
Maxie is still in GH, trying to rescue Spinelli, who is locked in the Utility Room, as the fire gets closer.
The other things that happened were that Tracy and Lulu shared a sweet moment at Mercy Hospital, with Tracy telling Lulu that she was "honored to be your stepmonster"--(aww) and that she would never get over the fact that Lulu didn't leave her side at GH.
Diane and Alexis also bonded--this time over shots in Alexis' office, as they worried together about everyone trapped in GH.
Jax was reunited with Carly outside of GH, and they also shared a sentimental moment. I hope the divorce proceedings are finally over after this!
Kate and Claudia didn't have quite as sentimental a moment at the FBI command center, as Kate told Claudia that she's on to her--and knows about her involvement in Michael's shooting. That will get interesting, I'm sure.
But I will be waiting till Monday to see what happens to Spinelli and Maxie!
