October is moving along in Port Charles! And today was no exception. Let's see: Spinelli and Maxie tried to bust Lulu out of Shadybrook, with disasterous results; Robin and Patrick go to their first Lamaze classes, and Patrick didn't make a total mess of things (yet); the business dealings between Nick/Carly and Jax are getting messier by the moment and Luke Spencer is back!! And Tracy's got him on a short leash!!
What, you need more? How about this: Sonny has accepted Anthony's offer to lead the Zacharra organization--and Sam is REALLY coming on to Jerry!
We start off with Spinelli and Maxie, PI's and their latest caper, er, assignment. They hatch up a plan to break into Shadybrook and get Lulu out.
Maxie is disguised as a doctor and Spinelli is her patient (not too much of a stretch) as they go into Lulu's room.
They tell Lulu about their plan, but Lulu, suprisingly, doesn't think it's a great idea. She shows them the latest threatening note she's gotten about Logan's murder; telling them she wrote it and doesn't remember doing it.
Not a problem, the dynamic duo says and proceeds to put their plan into action; but there's a huge wrench when a (real) doctor sees them!
Spinelli's acting is just a little too good, as the computer geek winds up in a straight jacket and is tossed in a rubber room! Only question I have is just how far away is he from Lulu's and Laura's rooms?
Speaking of Lulu, this is all Tracy needs to convince Luke to leave the shady bar she finds him in in Mexico and come back to Port Charles with her.
There's just a small problem for her to deal with: Luke is three sheets to the wind and as usual, has a huge bar bill.
Tracy learns the art of the payoff and pays off several local police officers--until she runs into the one honest member of the force. Of course, this means that Mr. and Mrs. Spencer are going to wind up in a jail cell...
As we remember, Luke didn't want to come back to Port C until the money laundering charges against him were taken care of, which Edward is working on.
On to Patrick and Robin. Patrick has made almost a complete mess of their first Lamaze classes. Robin assures him things are going to be OK, and it looks like everything is ready for the birth--except for a name for the baby. Contenders include Alyssa Rose and Georgie Malcom (awww), so we'll have to see which one they pick.
Now Carly/Nick and Jax, and their impending business dealings. As we remember, Nick is itching for a way to buy into the Metrocourt, but Jax has made it clear that it will be over his dead body.
Carly, however, is willing to sell him half of her shares in the hotel. She has gone over to Windemere to talk things over with Nick, and has walked in on him and Nurse Nadine in a rather "compromising" position.
Jax walks in as Nick is dressing in front of Carly (Nurse Nadine has stormed out, thinking that Carly has a thing for Nick), and naturally assumes that Carly and Nick got it going on!
Jax doesn't even blink; telling the pair that he has gone over contracts and he has right of first refusal in any sale. So what this means is that should Carly sell to Nick, Jax will haul her into court!!
On to Sam and (major ICK) Jerry. She is REALLY coming on to him in hopes of busting the illegal drug ring and invites him over to her place. She answers the door in her bikini, soon leading him to the hot tub.
Things are heating up, and Jerry is kissing her, when (major disaster) Alexis walks in!!! Oh no, is this a case of history repeating itself or what??
Finally, Sonny. He asks Jason one last time if he will help him bring down Karpov in revenge for Kate's shooting.
Jason tells him again that there's no proof that Karpov was involved, which is something that Sonny definately doesn't want to hear. Therefore, Sonny calls up Anthony and tells him that he accepts his offer to run his organization. (NOT good...)
That's about it...and tune in on Monday!
