A miracle occurs on General Hospital today.When Jason takes LuLu to see her beloved Johnny, others watch as she loses it again. She sees that same picture of Logan with that knife in his gut. It's like emotional punishment to a vulnerable, scared LuLu. She has the most penetrating scream this fan has ever heard.HA Claudia asks Johnny once again to tell her exactly what had happened the night that Logan died.Johnny is so loving with Lu,but he realizes that she definitely needs the psychiatric help that he can't give her.Lucky takes a crying, screaming, and somewhat out of it, Lulu back to Shadybrook . The doc checks with her, Lucky departs, and a sobbing LuLu goes to see her mom. Her mother Laura is across the hall from her. Picture this: Lulu is kneeling at her mother's feet and touching Laura's hands. She says: "I need you, Mom. I am beginning to see Logan more and more,and I am afraid.( Something to this effect.) Then ,she adds: " Logan wants me to pay until I lose my mind." About that time, Laura places her hand gently on LuLu's head and says: " It's going to be all right, LuLu, MaMa's here." Wow! Laura has indeed returned to help her daughter. This is miraculous to LuLu.It's a touching scene at best.
Kate and Sonny give some comic relief to this drama today. It upsets a superstitious Kate when Sonny pricks his finger on a pin in one of her wedding dresses.There is a drop or so of blood on her lovely gown so she takes Sonny through a silly little ceremony to thwart the curse or spell.This is hilarious as Kate tries to explain the bad omen in this moment. She and Sonny discuss superstitions and old times in their neighborhood.These two lovebirds can be comical.
Spinelli and Maxie have been doing some sneaky policing in Karpov's territory. Spinelli and she hop out of the car as another car heads straight for them. Spinelli pushes his fair Maxie to safety. He is hit and suffers a ruptured spleen. Dr. Hunter says that he must operate immediately due to a lack of time. The Jackal is bleeding internally. Nadine objects to his doing this surgery.Spinelli leaves the decision to operate in his fair Maxie's hands.
A lovely scenario is during Nikolas's dinner date with Nadine. They dine and dance ,and for a few minutes, there is a romantic element to this closeness. In fact, Nadine has a vision .. a dreamlike one of her in a white gown waltzing with Nik in a ballroom. After this, Nik is about to kiss her when her pager goes off.Perhaps, this relationship is going somewhere.Tune into GH on Tuesday to catch the mother-daughter talk, etc.
