General Hospital Update for Monday, 7-Jul-2008

General Hospital was rather like a Hitchcock movie today. In an eerie way it reminded this fan of REAR WINDOW. Ha As Logan was pummeling Maxie in Kate's office, LuLu was looking at this scene from John and Claudia's hotel room. Their room is right across the street from Kate's office. Johnny later finds Maxie on the floor. She is safe, but LuLu is in real danger. Logan espies her watching him through a window,sooooo he goes to find LuLu and explain. When LuLu refuses to let him enter, Logan breaks the door down. He tells LuLu that Maxie came on to him or whatever. He says:" I still love and miss you. " I'm a much nicer person when I am with you. " She gets calm and tells him that she still cares for him. He kisses her and since she doesn't respond very well, he loses it. He attacks her ,and I think she puts a knife in his gut.
In the meantime, Claudia is trying to have a heart to heart with Anthony which isn't going well at all. One feels for her because it is inferred that Trevor seduced her when she was a child. Of course, Her CraZY dad didn't buy this story. He tells her that she has always been a manipulator and tramp. She picks up a letter opener and tells him to kill her. she said : " You tried to have me killed so now is your chance." Johnny walked in on this scene, and Asked:" What is going on here?" He tells his dad to leave Claudia alone. He asks: " Why do you hate her so much? " Anthony says her mother was just like her. He tells Johnny; " You can't trust any woman" or something to that effect.One thinks that Carly is getting a little tiresome. Her constant pity parties must be annoying to Jason too. She found out about Jax's kissing Kate . An irate Carly approaches Spinelli and tells him to get the lowdown on Kate. Spinelli is reluctant . Jason tells him to take off. Jason tells her not to use Spinelli to get back at Kate. He reminds Carly that she had gone a little further than a kiss with Sonny.
Robin, who looks radiant with child, visits with Sonny. They talk mostly about his love for Kate, etc. Robin wonders outloud if Sonny is really over Carly, etc. I think Sonny convinces Robin that, indeed,he adores Kate. He says: " When I hear her voice,I know that I love her.She makes me happy. " As they chat, Jax and Kate are in route to NY for a fashion event for Crimson. Kate loses her expensive diamond. She looks for it and falls onto Jax. At this time, Someone takes a photo of them in a rather compromising position. Oh, the heat is on On GH soooooo tune in on Tuesday to see if Logan is dead and if Kate ,Claudia, or Carly have a major dramatic melt down. ;-)
