And May is almost over! Hard to believe, but it looks like summer is already shaping up to be steamy in Port C! Let's see, Anna's back and is trying to be a "sensible" grandmother-to-be, (not going to work, honey), Patrick decided that two could play the video blog game, Johnny and Lulu can't deny their feelings for each other any longer--but Nicholas and Lucky DEFINATELY have something to say about it, and Sonny is trying to get out of the business for good. Wow, where do we start??
Ok, let's talk about the divine Ms. Devane, aka, "sensible" grandmother-to-be. She comes over to Robin's house dressed, to quote Patrick like "the cool math teacher", in a sensible suit, bearing scones for tea with Robin.
She turns down an alcoholic beverage when it's offered--and even turns down backstage passes to the latest Eli Love concert in Rio when THEY call, just to prove to Robin that she's really aged up and is going to be "sensible".
This act doesn't last long and Robin and Anna eventually wind up at Jake's, where they run into Patrick.
After Anna breaks up a bar fight, she gets another call from Eli Love and decides to take him up on it, so she's off to Rio.
And speaking of Patrick, he's started his own video "daddy blog", filming the first two entries with Coleman the bartender behind the camera.
And naturally Coleman gets distracted, zooming in on the two cuties at the pool table while Patrick's speaking. Oh well!
On to Lulu and Johnny, who can't deny what they feel any longer. They're starting to get busy when they get a visitor: Lucky!
Lulu hides in a corner (and yes, she still has her clothes on, thank god), but comes out to confront her brother when he starts saying that she's just like Laura who loved too much and was pushed over the edge--and now is in Shadybrook.
Lucky eventually leaves, but goes to see Nicholas; telling him that he's convinced that Lulu and Johnny are sleeping together.
What Lucky doesn't know is that Nicholas is also hiding a female in a corner of the room: Claudia Zacharra! Remember, she's recuperating at Windemere from her stabbing?
After Lucky leaves, Ms. Z sticks her foot in her mouth one more time, telling Nick, "so your sister is a wack job who's sleeping with my brother?"
On to Sonny, who's still reeling over being asked to sign over his parental rights to Morgan and Michael by Carly. He tells Carly that instead of signing over the kids, he's prepared to sign over his business to Jason, which would give his enemies no reason to target his family members.
Jason and Carly aren't convinced and both tell him that he has said many times that this is not a business that can be walked away from and this will not work.
Sonny isn't hearing it and tells Jason that he's asking him as a friend. Interesting to see where this one will turn up....
