Wow, what an introduction to May! Anna and Luke play strip poker (you heard it here first, folks..)Anthony's back at the helm and Claudia is NOT happy, no siree; Carly and Sonny get the final word on Michael's condition and reality is starting to sink in, and Spinelli discovers the million-dollar connection between Kate and Dr. Devlin. AND, it looks like the Jackal PI team, consisting of Spinelli and "Maxinista" (Maxie) is back in business!
We start off with Anna, who has found out that Patrick thinks she's a hot (grand)mama!! And by the way, Patrick is no longer recast, YAY!! Anna walks in to Robin's apartment and overhears Patrick's lame excuses to Robin for saying that he thought Anna was hot.
She takes him out with an accidental? Karate chop to the back, which puts him temporarily out of commission.
After Patrick limps back to his apartment, Robin and Anna talk some more about being a grandmother, and it's obvious that Anna still has issues with this new stage of her life.
So...Anna winds up at the Haunted Star, carrying a bottle of booze, and it's obvious that Ms. Devane has been imbibing. She talks Luke into opening up the roulette tables and the games are on...and Tracy is FUMING!!
One thing leads to another and a good old game of strip poker is soon going on with Anna and Luke. Wawa Woowoo!!
Tracy has never been a woman who takes anything lying down, however--and she goes over to Robin's apartment to try and get her to talk some sense into Anna.
Moving on to Carly and Sonny. It's time for the specialists to issue their report and all thought it was best if Michael's parents got the bad news from a doctor they knew--Patrick.
And the news isn't good. The only thing remotely promising was their finding that Michael did have some brain function--but there is a 1 in 10,000 chance that he will recover.
Carly is still determined to care for Michael at home, but is finally starting to accept the reality of his condition. She actually apologizes to Liz for her decision to keep Jake's paternity a secret, saying that she still didn't like her (gee, THANKS, Carly), but she now understood why she did it.
On to Dr. Devlin, who as we all know pulled the trigger. Maxie discovered one million dollars missing from Crimson's accounts, and immediately reported this to Kate, who didn't go ballistic.
Maxie puts an SOS out to Spinelli to trace it, and the computer geek discovers a wire transfer from Crimson in the amount of a cool million into an account registered to Dr. Ian Devlin!! Surprise!!
Spinelli and Jason don't like where this one is headed and trace Devlin to Canada, where he has made an ATM withdrawal. They get the Mob mobile ready for a road trip--and Jason is unaware that there's one extra passenger in the trunk: Maxie!!
Finally, life at the Zacharra family; just your basic dysfunctional mob family...Anthony is back at the old family homestead and makes it known that he's running the ship again. He cleans out Claudia's things from the desk and even has the nerve to kick her out of a meeting, saying that girls aren't allowed. And you can bet that she's not happy that she's not allowed to play with the boys.
Trevor and Ric are fighting it out for Anthony's approval and Trevor couldn't be happier that Anthony's back--because he knows that he was next on Claudia's hit list!
That's about everything that happened today. Can't wait for Monday!
