General Hospital Update for Friday, 28-Mar-2008

And it looks like things could get dicey for Trevor and Sonny! Ric is working to bring Trevor down, while Claudia is putting out a hit on Sonny. Did I mention that Lulu might be entering the world of fashion and Jason is probably going to New York City for an operation on his hands? And even scarier, it looks like Anthony Zaccara is regaining his sanity and could be leaving the hospital soon.
We start off with Trevor--and how he needs to sleep, to quote Sonny "with one eye open". As we know, he bought the Alcazar piers from Ric after threatening to go to the police with the murder weapon from Randy's murder--which would have implicated Marianna--which caused them to break up.
Ric wants vengeance now and is out for blood. It's payback time and he goes over to Sonny's to see if they can work together to bring down Trevor.
Trevor shows up and smells a rat, seeing both Ric and Sonny together. Sonny tells him that now he has the piers, he needs to watch his step.
Even Claudia gets in on the act, asking Jason if he wouldn't mind doing the deed as a personal favor to the Zacarra's! Jason turns down the offer, saying that Claudia should do it herself.
Speaking of Claudia, she's got another hit that she needs done: Sonny. And naturally, she doesn't ask Jason about that one!
She takes a meeting with Dr. Devlin, aka Mr. Moreau at the waterfront, and explains to him that no drugs are getting through until Sonny is out of the picture. Jerry Jacks shows up at that point and Devlin explains that Jerry is just the one to take out Sonny.
Jerry tells Devlin/Moreau privately that he's not doing it, because of Jacks' connection to Carly and the boys--and he needs to find another hitman.
Speaking of Carly, she convinces Lulu that she's the answer to Kate Howard's assistant problems and she should put in for the job. Nothing doing, Lulu says, as she knows nothing about high fashion and doesn't care.
Then Maxie goes over to Carly's house with Jacks' gloves in hand that he left at his last meeting with Kate. Seems like she's already got the job--which lights a fire under Lulu!
It's on after Carly calls Jacks' cell and Maxie answers! Seems like they were finishing up a conference call for Crimson, Kate's new magazine...
Carly and Lulu go over to Kate's and Carly lays down the law to Kate: while Jacks is investing in her magazine, Kate has to hire Lulu, Carly's cousin, as her assistant! Seems like spying is also going to be in Lulu's job description as well...
On to Jason. Patrick makes a housecall and tells him that if he has any hopes of regaining full use of his hands, going to New York for surgery is the only option. And it looks like he might be considering it...
Finally, Anthony Zacarra. The doctors at his hospital are saying that his insanity is due to a chemical imbalance and the drugs he is on now are causing him to have longer and longer periods of lucidity. This means that eventually, he could be leaving the hospital...
Which would be good for Ric, as he's asking for his help in taking down Trevor!! Could be beneficial to both of them...
