General Hospital Update for Monday, 21-Jan-2008

This fan doesn't quite know how to define the brief episodes that took place at the end of today's poignant show on General Hospital.Yet, one is impressed with the output of left-over emotions as Sonny is hurt and furious because Kate does not accept his offer of marriage, Jason sees Lucky leaving the hospital with Jake, Johnny may have blown himself up in the boiler room, Robin knows that she is pregnant with Patrick's child, and Nikolas may have to make the most serious decision of his life.This segment was done soooooooooo vividly.
Jason helps to save LuLu and Logan from death in the boiler room while Johnny stays behind. My guess is that Johnny deliberately blew up the ship they were on for some reason. LuLu is frantic with worry. After Logan 's critical responses concerning Johnny Boy, he realizes that Miss LuLu cares more about Johnny than he appreciates.
Robin finds that she is pregnant, but instead of being elated ,she is feeling a bit shaken by this news. She overhears Patrick telling the goodlooking other doc that the condum broke, etc. Oh dear! Patrick still tells the doc that he doesn't want kids so he and Robin are not back as one.
Liz must stay put for another few days in the hospital sooooooo she asks Lucky to take care of Jake. Oh me! This was a grave mistake, Elizabeth. Did you forget about Sam's yearning for a baby? Jake does look so like his daddy Jason..;-)
Tis almost sad to see the handsome Sonny on his knees in the cold snow asking Kate Howard to marry him. She has gone to their favorite restaurant( which he later buys), and they receive a fortune from a fortune teller. His fortune comes true. IT says: " You Will Stand Alone".When he proposes with all his heart and soul, she tearfully runs away. He wonders what went wrong with their romantic rendevous. Sonny had declared to her : "You have my heart."She said; "YOU HAVE MINE TOO." Sonny loses it in the restaurant...He is so confused.Nic and Patrick discuss several options for treating his brain tumor. Nik remains quiet about his seeing Emily. He is afraid that if they do surgery or drugs that he will no longer see his beloved.He will die though if he doesn't do something medically. IT looks as if Robin, Sonny, Nik, and others have some decisions to make.
Now, You must tune in tomorrow to see how all of these disappointments are going to be resolved. IF You didn't catch today's show, you missed one of the best in my opinion. :-)
