General Hospital Update for Friday, 26-Oct-2007

As usual, Friday went out with a cliffhanger--which we'll have to wait on till Monday! Otherwise, just a typical day in Port C. Carly's up to no good, Robin still wants to have a baby and Nick is blacking out. Did I add that he's also planning a huge bash with Em at Windemere? Oh and let's not forget that Sonny could be walking into a trap, courtesy of Trevor...
We start with the upcoming Black and White Ball at Windemere. Nick and Em are throwing it for the community to announce a huge endowment that the Cassedines will be donating to GH in Alan's name. It's a bash being held for a great cause, but as we know, in Port C, anything can happen at a bash--and usually does!
For starters, Nick is still having blackouts, and this time almost sent Sam airborne when he tried to throw her off a balcony at Windemere! What was scary was that he had no memory of doing it...
And as usual, Carly is planning some hijinks at the ball. She's still texting Leticia's killer, and hopes to lure him to the ball so she can kill him there and claim self-defense!
Thankfully, Jacks won't be there, as he has to be in Paris that day. He told Carly that he wouldn't touch the event with a 10-foot pole anyway, due to Nick's behavior, and had a huge fight with her over going.
Naturally, this isn't stopping the divine Ms. C. She bought a gun, and stashed it under a couch cushion, just before Diane paid her a visit.
Diane is aghast after Carly clues her in to her plans, and tells her that she's going to bill Sonny triple for the aggravation! (Gotta love her!!)
On to Robin and her search for her baby's daddy. She's actually got a volunteer, in the form of one Damien Spinelli, aka the Jackal...who wasn't quite up to the deed when the magic moment arrived!
Jason got a panic call from Spinelli at GH after he failed to perform, begging Jason to fill in for him. Robin and Jason both agree that's not a good idea, and of course Patrick hears everything.
He actually has a good conversation with Robin and agrees to stop interferring in her personal life from now on, remembering that she had respected his decision not to have children, so he should show her the same courtesy.
Finally, Sonny. He's been called to a meeting in Puerto Rico, unaware that Trevor has something nasty up his sleeve.
He leaves PC telling Kate that he will be back in time to escort her to the ball, but a bomb explodes shortly after he arrives and leaves the area.
Trevor, however, gets a phone call at the Metrocourt saying that Sonny is dead--so we are going to have to wait to see how this one turns out. Most GH fans know that Sonny has 9 lives, so it should be very interesting on Monday!
