General Hospital Update for Monday, 8-Oct-2007

Sweet Confrontation:
Robin tells Leyla that she is giving herself too much credit, she is not the reason that Robin and Patrick broke up. If Leyla wants to blatantly, chase after Patrick, then go ahead. Robin tells Leyla that Patrick has a history of taking what is offered so do not read more into it than exists. Leyla tells Robin if she is mad at herself for breaking up with Patrick then she should tell him. Leyla says all she did was accept a perfectly nice, perfectly decent dinner invitation.
Nikolas Erupts:
Jolene’s sister Nadine arrives to see her sister; Epiphany and Spinelli go off on her for everything Jolene has done. Spinelli thinks because they are sisters that she could be as crazy as Jolene could. Nikolas tells Epiphany to apologize, Nadine will not be held responsible for what Jolene has done. Nikolas says she is a family member who has come to see a patient and Epiphany will treat her with respect.
Epiphany disagrees and says that her sister put everyone through hell. Nikolas argues that neither Epiphany nor Spinelli should judge Nadine. Spinelli takes Nadine to see Jolene, who is in a coma. Epiphany notices that Nikolas is bleeding and Emily walks in and is concerned.
Emily stitches up Nik’s hand; he does not remember what happened. Emily tells Nikolas what happened and she wants him to take more tests. Nikolas gets angry and demands she be supportive, and then he leaves.
Divorce is Ugly-Custody fights are Uglier:
Alexis pleads for Elizabeth and Lucky to come to an agreement because if they do not then Alexis can prove that Elizabeth married Lucky under false pretenses.
Elizabeth says that Lucky will not dictate this divorce, she and Diane leave. Alexis tells Lucky he needs to protect his rights by filing for Primary custody. Alexis tells Lucky that he has no legal rights to Cam; Lucky responds that he is Cam’s father, he calls me Dad. Alexis states that they need to ask for primary custody of Jake and Elizabeth will negotiate, because she will not want to split them up.
Diane tells Elizabeth that she should go after sole primary custody and she can dictate when Lucky can see the kids. Diane knows that Jason is Jake’s father and tries to get Elizabeth to let everyone know and Lucky will have no rights to either child. Elizabeth says she cannot do that; she lied on the witness stand and Lucky is a good father.
Alexis tells Lucky that she can use the fact that Jason is a friend of Elizabeth and dangerous to the kids in order to get him custody of Jake. She warns him if they try to charge that Elizabeth is a bad mother then she will be furious and their relationship will change forever. Diane gets research on cases involving recovering addicts having relapses. Trevor tells her that Sonny needs to cool-down. Diane will not take advice from Trevor.
Emily and Elizabeth worry about the men in their lives; Lucky arrives to talk to Elizabeth and tells her that he will go after sole custody of Jake and she tells him if he does that then she will use his drug addiction against him in court.
Warnings/Nancy Drew:
Sonny tries to warn Carly that Trevor is using her, they argue and Carly says she can handle it and Sonny should leave. Sonny demands that Carly tell Trevor what she wants. Sonny tells Trevor that Carly is trying to find out if Johnny Zachariah killed Leticia. Sonny fights with Trevor and he decides to leave. Trevor tells Carly that he would like to have a drink with her at another time. Carly and Sonny fight.
Sonny tells Carly that she has to stop playing Nancy Drew; she smiles and asks if he likes/reads Nancy Drew. He says no but you used to read it to me when I was in the hospital. Carly teases him to admit that he likes it. Sonny changes the subject and Carly admits that she met Johnny Zachariah. Sonny is furious and concerned; Carly assures him that she is okay. Sonny says that Johnny’s antics could be a diversion by Trevor to cover up what he is doing in town. Sonny tells Carly that it is too dangerous to be snooping around this mess. He says the kids just lost Leticia and they need her. Carly wants Sonny to let her handle Trevor because she is doing it to protect him, she says Trevor hurts you emotionally and she can see that.
Sex Addiction:
Kelly and Leo are getting it on, he is hesitant; Kate interrupts quickly apologizes and leaves. Kate apologizes to Kelly for walking in on them and Kelly starts to apologize when Andy overhears. Kelly and Andy argue about her addiction and Kate gets uncomfortable and leaves.
Couture for Whom:
Kate makes fun of a woman’s outfit and Epiphany informs her that couture is not realistic for the everyday women. Kate listens to Epiphany tell her what real women need and her mind starts spinning with ideas. Jax arrives and Kate tells him her idea for a magazine to help stylize the everyday women with affordable clothes, furniture etc., she wants Jax to be her backer. Jax goes home and tells Carly about Kate’s idea and Carly wants no part of Kate being partners with Jax.
Emergency:
Spinelli tells Nadine about all of the people that Jolene killed and she cannot believe that is her sister. As they, talk a man is brought in on a stretcher with stab wounds, its Jerry. We cut to Nikolas sitting in an alley with a knife in his hand.
