General Hospital Update for Friday, 14-Sep-2007

Summer's over, but why are things getting hotter in Port C? Lucky and Sam are so hot that the thermometer's broken, Logan and Lulu are starting to heat up and Sonny and Kate are starting to realize that the flame never went out.
The curtain rises on Sam and Lucky. Everyone with half a brain in Port Charles can see where this one's headed, and Nick tries to do damage control (AGAIN) for his brother.
He goes over to Sam's place and tries to convince her to leave Lucky alone. No luck. No sooner than he's done saying what he came to say, then there's a knock at the door. Surprise, it's Lucky!!
After Nick leaves, he makes a beeline for Lucky and Liz's house, where he tells Liz everything--not leaving out the part about Lucky showing up on Sam's doorstep, and Sam not exactly being upset over it.
Meanwhile, Sam and Lucky are, shall we say, getting "busy" in the hot tub! Hoo, Mama!!!
On to Logan and Lulu. As we all know, everyone's still waiting for the results of the DNA test that Logan and Scott took to establish Logan's paternity.
But meanwhile, the Q's are all trying to convince Lulu to dump her latest boyfriend wannabe! Even Alan's ghost is getting into the act, trying to help Tracy.
Logan invites Lulu to live with him while everyone's yelling at him at the Q mansion, and Lulu takes him up on the offer. They go over to Logan's place and naturally it looks like a bomb dropped in the middle of it. There's also no food in the cupboards--so Logan and Lulu bond over a trip to the local supermarket.
Now, Sonny and Kate. Kate is torn, because Trevor has laid it on the line for her. She's to dump Sonny and come back with him--or Couture magazine will be losing more advertisers. As we all know, Trevor convinced the fashion rag's third-largest advertiser to jump ship and cancel their contract, forcing Kate to scramble to fill the latest issue.
Kate has to choose, and she chooses her career over Sonny. When she tells Trevor to call the advertiser back, he sets MORE conditions for her: she's now to move back to Manhattan!!!!
Sonny, on the other hand, sees through Kate's speech and knows that Trevor is behind it. He calls up Jason and promptly orders a hit on Trevor, telling him to make sure that Trevor knows that he's the one behind it.
Finally, Robin and Patrick, who are going through yet another breakup. Robin has now moved on from yelling at Patrick over talking to Leyla the student nurse to fighting with him over patient protocol at GH. She's torn, and winds up at Sonny's coffeehouse to think things through--just happening to run into Jason in the process!
The Friday cliffhanger? It involves Kate, who is shown driving, and possibly getting into an accident--right after Jerry tells Sonny that he thinks Kate's iced tea was spiked at her home....stay tuned for Monday!!
