General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 28-Aug-2007

Tuesday has been an exciting day on General Hospital! After hearing from the thugs themselves, an angry Jason visits Sam.He tells her that he knows that she hired those goons to frighten Liz and his son. His coolness dissolves as Jason tells Sam: " IF you do any harm to Elizabeth and the children, I will kill you." A defiant Sam acts as if his words don't sting, however, she cries on Lucky's shoulder. Lucky tries to console one broken Sam. She seems to love his attention ,and may be slowly seducing him with her flirtatious ways.Spinelli takes a gift to Sam and tries to cheer her up. Sam starts trashing Jason with such comments as " I know that your nickname for Jason" Stonecold "is so apt. He is cold and unfeeling. He doesn't know how to love." Spinelli quickly defends his dear friend Jason by saying.: "Jason has been really good to you and me. He has been my friend..my mentor." I wonder if Sam still loves Jason...She's soooooooooooo vindictive and plays THE VICTIM well.
Lucky discusses safety issues at the studio for Sam with Amelia.He tells her that he must take no chances with Sam's safety since he has been employed as her body guard. Amelia knows that Sam can be seductive so... She tells Jason that she will never tell anyone that Jake is his little son. She also tells Jason that he may want to be there for Liz. OF course, Jason plans to stay away from Liz and the kids.
On the airplane home from Turkey, Carly questions Jax about his sleeping with the evil, now dead, Irina. Jax tries to explain that he was forced to have sex with her or she would have killed Carly and her boys. None of this confession set well with a hurt and angry Carly. Finally, an exasperated Jax accused her of sleeping with Sonny while they were together. He said: " You weren't forced as I was." Finally, after a lengthy argument, Jax kissed Carly passionately.I wonder if Jerry, his bro, will disappear now.
Sonny is truly torn when he discovers that Kate had been Trevor's lover in the past. Trevor, the father of Ric Lansing, comes to town to help Kate rid herself of the hit and run charges. Yet, Sonny knows that he is using Kate as a cover for his own evil agenda.Sonny tries to explain to the naive Kate that Trevor will put her in the middle of a powerful, dangerous mob fight. Trevor is the lawyer for a major mobster in NY.Sonny says: "this guy will try to destroy everything I love, and you will be in danger."Trevor tells his son Ric later that he must drop all charges against Miss Howard, or he will take Molly away from him.This rather devious Trevor has the audacity to ask Kate to sleep with him to show her appreciation. She asks Why Now? She refuses to be intimate with him. Sonny tried to tell Kate how Trevor had used his mom, gotten her pregnant, and broke her heart.
This was a very somber GH except for the humorous time with Max and Diane. Diane is furious with Sonny because she was promised a lovely Designer's dress from couture,and now Sonny has blown her chances of getting it. HA OF course, Sonny tells Diane that the dress is not important. Tracking this mob boss from New York is very important to an irate Sonny.Tune in tomorrow to catch the Gh waves...
