General Hospital Update for Friday, 29-Jun-2007

It was definately about tying up loose ends today--but as usual, there were some teasers! We found out the answers to two big storylines, but Jerry Jacks is showing that he's not quite finished with his evil plans yet either. Oh and did I forget that Robin and Patrick kissed and made up for the three thousandth time?
First big storyline answer: Maureen, the woman who Sam interviewed on Everday Heroes, kidnapped baby Jake Spencer.
She had lost her child in a fire and had come on the show for that reason. Amelia thought her interview was a go, but Maureen suddenly backed out and refused to sign her release.
Amelia thought that it was a simple case of cold feet and called her herself to try and get her to reconsider, when she suddenly heard a baby crying in the background. Maureen hung up at that moment, but it was too late.
Before we saw Maureen with Jake, Lucky and Liz had come to the EH set to ask Amelia if they could have time on the show to appeal to Jake's kidnappers. Amelia was game, but Sam was being a total pain about the whole thing, even saying that she'd walk if the Spencers went on! Talk about being cold!!!!!!
The other big storyline? As we all thought, Logan is Scotty's son. This info was dug up by Tracy's helpful PI, which revealed that Scotty knocked his mother up in Texas in 1984 and then skipped town. Turns out he grew up in trailer park--which is something I guess he could bond with Carly over!
Scotty's not ready to accept this yet, but Logan has known for awhile and is not happy. This one's going to get ugly before it gets better.
Jerry Jacks is also back in town, and did show up unnanounced at Carly's house, where he admitted he sent Jacks on a wild goose chase. Sonny had him brought to his office, where he started educating him on what could happen if he messed with Carly and the boys.
Unfortunately, Kate walked in right in the middle of this and freaked out. I guess she thought Sonny was a "nice" mobster? Who knows. She called up Carly and had her come over to tell her that Sonny had a temper! Which isn't exactly news to Carly!!
Finally, Patrick and Robin were fighting over Robin calling Noah to consult on a case over him--and yes, they did kiss and make up. Just another Friday in Port Charles!
