General Hospital Update for Friday, 24-Dec-2004

Christmas Eve Celebrations adorn the snowy eve as ALL characters seem to be pondering its true meaning. Tracy , Emily, and Edward seem to remember past Christmases and their immediate nostalgia with some regrets. As usual, Alan reads the story of Christ's birth from Luke to the sweet children at General Hospital. Brooke,Diego, Georgia ,Dillon, and the others join,as elves, to make the children happy.These teens are very special to this ardent fan.In the meantime, Sonny and Jax have rescued Alexis and Rick who are snowbound. They have just consummated their marital rights so they are found somewhat disrobed. HA Is Sonny beginning to have a soft touch for Rick? Perhaps soooo. Isn't forgiveness what Christmas is truly about other than His birth? On the other side of Port Charles in a church ,Kristina is about to be Christened in the gown that Sam offered , and she looks adorable. Sonny and Alexis are just beaming as the priest does his thing in a Catholic Ceremony. Rick and Carly stand by as the Godparents. Back at the hospital this Christmas Eve, guess who appears as Santa? None other than Carly's Dad who looks a little sad. He almost took off with a hooker til Steven said: " We need your help." Bobbie smiles and says: " I wish Carly could be here to see her father now." IS Bobbie going to reunite with Carly's dad? It could happen. In fact, on GH almost anything is possible in 2005. :-)A sad Emily does get to spend some time with Nik before he leaves Pentonville Prison. The handsome guy who is to take him for incarcenation is the one who shot him. He apologizes to Nikolas. I think Nikolas will be gone from the show for a while sooo. What will happen to Emily? EM prays for NIk in the snow as Jason gives his sis his support. Sam ponders her feelings for the demise of her baby girl, and perhaps, for Jason. Will Jason return to Courtney who professed to still love him?Or has Sam stolen his heart? As the show closes, an adorable Michael kisses a lovely Kristina, his little sis."
