Justus tells Faith he will represent her but no longer has feelings for her and lets an angry Jason know that he is going to represent Faith. Emily is furious at Mary's attempt to help Nikolas stay away from Helena. Tracy walks in on Ned shifting through Lila's things and manages to make him exit the room. Ned believes that Felicia is the judge of "who wants to win Lila's estate?" and suggests that Brooklynn go to Felicia's home and search for some of Lila's stationary.Ned also tells Lois he will court Felicia to try to win the inheritance. Tracy asks Edward to team up with her in the contest. Jason witnesses a kiss between Jax and Courtney. Courtney asks Jason to leave her loft but asks Jax to stay. Courtney tells Jason that things are getting serious between her and Jax and it scares her. Heather and Edward share a kiss that is interuppted by Monica and Alan after she tells Edward about Lila's stationary in the back of Tracy's car. Nikolas and Lucky apoligize to each other for the fight between them. Helena has her goons take Nikolas by force.
