General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 9-Jun-2004

Do I hear wedding bells at General Hospital?

Sonny, Sam, Jason, and Courtney
Sonny starts the show off in the church where Jason and Sam are planning their upcoming wedding and pleads with God to show him the way and asks for forgiveness for lying all this time. At the end of the prayer Courtney comes in and asks Sonny if he feels the same that the two are making the biggest mistake of all time. They talk about the wedding and how it is going to affect them both. Jason is brainwashed by all this and doesn’t care about his own happiness. Jason goes to get ready for the wedding when Sam gets to the door and demands they elope instead of having a formal wedding. She tells him that it just isn’t right because she is not a virgin but a pregnant bride with a pretend husband. But Jason says it isn’t lying when he swears to protect her for as long as they both shall live and she later changes her mind and goes upstairs to get ready.

Alexis and Rick
I wish she would just give in. You can tell she secretly wants him and he is willing. But is he up to no good? They are in the courtroom going at it again because Rick is trying to make Alexis jealous because he went home with another girl. Rick is saying he left his keys at Alexi’s apartment and is trying to get them back but she says she can’t give something back if she doesn’t have them.

Carly
Carly goes to Edward and demands he offer Sam a payoff that she can’t refuse and she will make everyone happy because the baby will stay while Sam goes and Edward will get to see his grandchild and have Carly will have the #@$%*& out of the way. Carly goes to Courtney’s office and cooks up a plan on how they can trash the wedding to save Jason but Courtney insists that she has to be at a meeting and that she won’t be able to make it to the wedding at all. Carly thinks she is wanting to miss it on purpose that the meeting is just an excuse not to face that she still loves Jason and Carly decides that she will trash it on her own. It will ugly.

Georgie and Lynn
Georgie is trying to convince Lynn that her singing for Dillion will benefit the both of them because then Sage will be out of their lives and she will be making her dream of singing come true. That is what she owes to her.

Emily prepares Jason for the wedding and asks him if he is ok marrying a woman he does not love.

Sonny goes to get Sam and she comes down the stairs all decked out in her wedding dress.
