General Hospital Update for Monday, 5-Apr-2004

After making love, Carly goes through Alcazar's shirt pocket and finds mysterious papers. Alcazar wakes up and she says the papers fell out his shirt. He claims they are just receipts. She is not convinced, and as soon as he goes back to sleep she sneaks out the bedroom with the papers. She calls a number on a blood stained piece of paper which ends up ringing a phone in her house (Alcazar's cell). He walks down with his phone in his hand and confirms her suspicions. He admits to being the one who hired the hitman to blow up Sonny's limo.

Sage goes by Carly's house and thanks her for being so good to her uncle. She apologizes for judging Carly and being mean to her in the past. She admits she was wrong about her and that, deep down, she has always admired her. Before leaving, she shares her wish that perhaps her and Carly could one day be friends.

Elizabeth overhears Ric and Sonny speaking. She storms in Ric's office and demands to know if Ric is just with her to spite Sonny. She realizes her love is not enough to erase the hate Ric has inside him and that she can never trust him. She shares this with Ric and asks for a divorce. Jason comforts Elizabeth in front of Kelly's when she confides in him about her failed marriage.

Sam continues to confide in Jason about her feelings for Sonny. She is unsure if she should leave Sonny for good and asks for his advice. Jason refuses to tell Sam what to do. He only tells her to stick around and wait for Sonny to come home.

Faith stops by the penthouse and offers Sam some advice on how to keep Sonny for herself. Sonny comes home and tells Faith to stay away from Sam. Sam insists on leaving, but Sonny asks her to stay. ( Will he still want her to stick around once she tells him her true feelings? )

Lucky and Nikolas just miss eachother in the woods. Elizabeth stop by Mary's house and they share sad stories about their lost loves. When will Mary's guilt kick in? Elizabeth leaves a scarf behind (second one this winter!) and Nikolas questions Mary about it . He is not convinced that it is her's. Lucky and Emily return for her scarf. Will Nikolas answer the door?
