TROUBLE ON THE HAUNTED STAR:
The episode begins on the Haunted Star, with Skye arguing with Luke. Skye is mad about Faith laundering money because she saw a half million dollars extra in the safe. Luke doesn’t understand why Skye is mad, because that is what money laundering is. Skye continues to get upset about Faith’s involvement in the casino, and she yells that she wants Faith out off the Haunted Star now, and that is the exact moment that Faith shows up. Faith then proceeds to tell Skye that she thinks Skye is the one who should leave the Haunted Star. Faith thinks that Skye could turn on her at any time and tell the Feds about the money laundering. But then Luke stands up for Skye and says that if Faith wants to continue to launder her money, then Faith has to accept that Skye is his partner. Although, Luke doesn’t do a very good standing up for Skye, as he tells Faith that he thinks she (Faith) is exotic and an interesting accessory, like a nose ring or a tattoo. Faith reluctantly agrees to accept that Skye will always be Luke’s partner, and then leaves. On the way off the ship, she runs into Courtney. Courtney is there to pay off Daddy’s gambling debts (sure making a good a use of the reward money), and is oddly dressed completely in white, as usual. My theory is that it is to go with her new holier-than-thou attitude and her opposition to Faith, who always dresses in black. Courtney tells Faith that she doesn’t want to mess with her, and Faith (thankfully) doesn’t acknowledge her and continues to leave. After Courtney leaves the casino, Skye tells Luke that she wants out; that she can’t handle business with Faith. Luke tries to convince Skye that Faith isn’t permanent, and that if Skye would just trust Luke then everything works out. Then Skye asks Luke what is more important—his relationship with Faith and her money, or with Skye. Luke blows it by sighing heavily and frustrates Skye, who promptly leaves.

THE AFTERMATH OF THE CAR BOMBING:
Sam is at Sonny’s door, collapsed in his arms; she is obviously wounded. Sonny tells Max to go get a doctor while Sonny tries to help Sam. Sam doesn’t want to go to a hospital, because she is afraid her attacker will try to kill her. Meanwhile, Carly calls Jason over to her place to discuss Sonny. Carly wants Jason to check in on Sonny to make sure that he is okay. Jason is very cold to Carly; he is still mad about Carly telling Alexis about Sonny’s breakdowns. Carly tries to convince Jason she thought she had no choice and to look in on Sonny. Jason’s phone rings (it is Sonny) and he leaves without a word to Carly about where he is going. Once Jason arrives at the Sonny’s penthouse, Sonny and Jason discuss Faith’s possible involvement with the car bombing. Then Sonny gives Jason his orders—find Faith and ask who the car bomber was, and if Alcazar was involved. Then Sonny said that after she tells all she knows, he wants “that bitch dead.” After Jason leaves and the doctor checks out Sam, Sam recounts what happened. She said that she wanted to leave Port Charles for good after Sonny found out about her past, but she just wanted to make sure the Sonny got custody of his kids. So she was waiting in the alley by the courthouse when she saw a man do something to Sonny’s car, so she followed him. She must have made a noise, because the bomber turned around and saw her, and then the car exploded. Sam was knocked off her feet, and then she ran away from the bomber. She went to her boat and was in her cabin to get ready to sail away when she heard the bomber come on board. Then she hid and the bomber left. Sam knew that she wasn’t safe, so she ran to the penthouse to find Sonny. When she was cutting across the alley behind his building, the bomber grabbed her and stabbed her in the back. Then she managed to find her way up to Sonny’s. After she tells the story, her and Sonny snuggle up on the couch. We then she Sam’s attacker outside Sonny’s building talking on his cell phone. He says that a chick saw him, so now he has to hang around and wait for her to finish her off. Meanwhile, Jason arrives at Faith’s hotel room (or maybe her apartment), and he survey the place. He inspects the balcony, and seems to find it sufficient for his needs. Faith arrives and he grabs her and asks about the bombing. Faith denies any involvement and says it was probably Lorenzo. This isn’t what Jason wants to hear so he picks he up and carries her out to the balcony and is holding her over the ledge when Luke shows up, and tells Jason to let her go (why did he have to show up??).

THE LOVE TRIANGLE:
There are a few scenes between Lorenzo and Carly in his hospital room. They discuss his possible permanent blindness (from the car bombing outside the courthouse) and what might happen to him. Carly convinces Lorenzo that he can come live with her. Then Carly leaves to go to Sonny’s place. She goes because Michael wanted her to ask Sonny to come to breakfast the next day. She arrives at the penthouse and is disappointed to see Sam and Sonny alone together on the couch. After Carly leaves the hospital, Courtney shows up in Lorenzo’s room. She is trying awfully hard to act menacing and tough, and tells Lorenzo that the only reason Carly is with him is because she feels sorry for him. Lorenzo at first dismisses Courtney, but then Courtney tells Lorenzo that Carly was planning on leaving Lorenzo before she found out he was blinded.
