General Hospital Update for Monday, 20-Oct-2003

General Hospital was very intense today. There are quite a few puzzled people who are searching for answers in today's show. Let's pray that Carly will not lose her baby unless the writers deem this important.We viewers have struggled too long with her pregnancy for her to lose another child. After a major Run-IN with THE KING SONNY,she went to see the house that Sonny had purchased for her and her boys. As she turned on a lovely, winding stairway, she tripped, and her heel caught and she tumbled to the bottom of the stairs..Will she be all right?No one knows.She is actually growing tired of Sonny's calling all the shots sooooo she left in an agitated ,melancholy manner. First , she does explain to a cute Michael the circumstances involved. He's very respectful and listens. After all, he is Carly's "little man." Alcazar has been informed of her tearful departure, and he is quite concerned. He threatens to GET Sonny if anything bad happens to Carly. Is this real love or is Alcazar playing a game as Sonny said?
In the meantime, the arrogant ,but suave Jax has made a wager with the cute Sam (a younger Demi Moore?)He tells her that he will teach her to become a cultured lady so she can impress the bluebloods as an heiress. She is soooooo funny while trying to appease Jax. Is this an Eliza Doolittle moment from MY FAIR LADY.? ME thinks so.. :-) AJ feels that she is so -called trailer trash so he puts slime ball on her trail.Now, isn't everyone going to go bonko when they find that THE JACK OF DIAMONDS is missing?Luke discovered it while taking photos of The Quartermaine papers. Skye helped him to accomplish this as she romanced Ed.Wouldn't it be strange to see Luke fall for Skye? They are sooo funny together?She is, of course, hiding him from the police.
A fiesty Sam tells Jax that she will not change for any man, but she wants this deal with Jax to prosper.This looks like a situation to watch.
Ric takes Liz out for dinner and asks her if they can simply date again. Liz is regaining her eyesight, but does she still love Ric ? This is a conundrum for viewers.
Lily ,rather the beautiful Marcella, made a mistake when she told Sonny; " I will never forget when you first told me that you loved me." He had never told her this sooooo. He knows now that she is not "his Lily". Yet, he could fall for her.She does like him. Who knows? Jason tells Sonny that this lovely woman has probably had a complete re-make to look precisely like his beloved Lily.Johnny betrayed Sonny and told Jason a lot.Will Johnny be killed for his betrayal?
The sweetest scene is when a cute Georgie asks Edward if he had loved as much as she loves Dillion. He wants to send Dillion to a military school which a defiant Dillion says he will not go to. This Dillion is indeed a fine character. He has good chemistry with Georgie who always plays her role sincerely.;-)This is a wonderful couple to watch for teen role models .( My observation).Well, please tune in tomorrow to watch how all of the above unfolds.
