General Hospital Update for Monday, 26-May-2003

Zander sees Gia at Kelly’s. She wants to go to Jake’s with him but he says he is getting soup for Emily. He says they are back together and stronger than ever. When Zander arrives at the Quartermaine house Edward doesn’t allow him to see Emily. The whole family argues over the situation. Finally, Alan and Monica tell Zander that he can’t see Em right now. He leaves and goes to an alley. There angry John follows him and points a gun to his face. He is angry that Zander for telling Sonny about his drug business. He says the people in Miami want someone to pay and it won’t be him.

Jason and Courtney talk about what kind of wedding they should have. Jason says anything Courtney wants. Later, they ride on his motorcycle to vista point. They talk for awhile and head back to the penthouse. From the elevator, Jason carries Courtney in his arms and arrives at his apartment. An unknown man comes up to them and brings a briefcase. Jason tells Courtney to leave while he takes out his gun. The man opens the briefcase and it contains $1 million dollars. He says its a down payment from his boss for their services.

Back at Sonny’s house, Michael is mad because Carly says he can’t go over a friend’s house. Michael whines and later smashes some furniture. His hand gets cut and he goes to GH for some stitches. Right before they leave, Sonny overhears that Liz is at the hospital.

Dobson and Emily share a touching conversation about her birth mom. Emily tells Dobson not to tell anyone about her nightmare and her unstable behavior.

Ric carries an unconscious Elizabeth to Kelly’s to get help. Lucky is shocked and is afraid for Liz’s life. Summer assures Lucky that Ric loves Liz and will take care of her. The ambulance comes and takes Liz to GH. She finally wakes up and Ric asks her what happened. Liz groggily answers she was with Sonny. Then, she got taken away from the hospital staff.

Carly asks Ric about Liz and the baby. They talk for awhile. Carly tells Ric that now he knows how it feels to fear for your family. Just like what he did to the Corinthos clan. Meanwhile, Sonny visits Liz and asks him if he hates Ric so much that he would push her down the stairs. He says he would never hurt Liz to get to Ric. Liz begs Sonny not to hurt Ric. He doesn’t promise anything. She starts to get up from the hospital bed and suddenly cries in pain. She feels cramps and says there is something wrong with the baby.

Nikolas calls Uncle Stefan about the Cassidine fortune being at stake. Later, Emily goes over to Nikolas’ place and tells him about her cancer. She wants him to pretend that they are in love to push Zander away.

Ned and Skye do more baby bonding with Kristina. Dobson is in the room and overhears their conversation. Skye tells Dobson that she is gonna be Kristina’s mother. Later, Judge Farmer arrives at the Quartermaine mansion. Dobson opens the door and says Ned and Skye are not available right now. Judge Farmer said Skye asked her to come. Skye comes and talks to the judge about Alexis’ erratic behavior. Skye suggests that it would be best if Alexis stops visiting Kristina.
