General Hospital Update for Monday, 21-Apr-2003

Jason tells Sonny he is ready to take out Faith, but Sonny says no go.. we’ll let Ric take care of that and they formulate a plan. In the process of capturing Faith, Jason looks up to see Courtney watching his every move. He stalls for a moment, then continues on with business and takes Faith to a safe house. Later, Ric is summoned by Sonny and he enters to find Sonny questioning one of his men about the whereabouts of Jason and Faith. He tells Ric that they must be found before Jason kills here. Sonny stresses that she must not die until she gives up the name of her partner. Ric takes the bait hook, line, and sinker.

During a confrontation at Kelly’s, Carly fires Ric as her business manager and attorney. He then tries to persuade Courtney to convince Carly that was a bad decision. Courtney tells Ric that his time with Sonny will not last. Ric & Elizabeth grow closer but, she expresses her concern that he will hurt her. He assures her that his feelings for her are genuine and that he would never do anything intentional to hurt her. Before going to check out the art gallery, they head back to his room.

Luke confronts Alexis about the restraining order Nicolas has taken out against he and Lucky. It is clear that he intends to rejuvenate the Spencer/Cassadine wars and he tells Alexis that if she doesn’t want to get hurt, she had better stay out of the way.

Skye asks Jax for help against the vicious Tracy and her blackmail. About that time, Tracy comes in and she and Jax reacquaint. Skye is shocked to learn that they have a past. Jax plays her beautifully and has her eating out of the palm of his hand. After she leaves, he vows to that no one will know if she turns out not to be a Quartermaine unless she tells them.

Lucky & Summer search the study at Windemere for clues about her brother. Summer finds a postcard to Nicolas, which he made readily available, from her brother?? She quickly hides it away before Lucky notices. Nicolas finds them and soon after, a policeman enters. Nicolas tells him to arrest Summer, but not Lucky. Lucky punches the cop and they take off through the secret passage. They elude Nicolas’s henchman by swimming to another spot on the island and end up wet and half clothes by a fire. Passion takes over and they make love. Afterward, Lucky finds the postcard in Summer’s pocket and questions her about it.

Carly goes for the amnio today and also to find out who the father is. Sonny is unable to go with her because of business, but says he will meet her there later. Courtney shows up at the hospital to support her. They discuss the outcome if the baby turns out to be Ric’s.
