General Hospital Update for Thursday, 5-Dec-2002

just a notice that since i live in new york and we had that big snow storm today, the show was interupted a couple of times for updates and what not. so i may have missed a couple things or misinterpreted some situations. but i think i got the majority of it right.

@Kelly's
Elizabeth tells Courtney that she's absolutley okay with her pursuing Jason if she chooses. She and Jason are through. Courtney begins to leave with an armful of pots and whatnot when A.J arrives, questioning what she's doing.

@Penthouse
Sonny and Jason are talking business and it comes up that Jason has already made plans for the evening. Carly, ever so suspicious, wants to know. After Sonny leaves, she corners Jason and asks him what kind of plans he has.

@PCPD
Jax barges into Brenda's meeting with her lawyer demanding to know when she's going to be released. He vows to get her out. He confronts Scottie and tells him that Skye was lying about seeing Brenda.

@Luke's
Lucky questions Luke about the woman he pushed out of the way of the truck. He says that he has given up looking for her. Luke says that he is attempting to learn to live with and accept what has happened. Lucky leaves and Summer walks in, ready for her date with Luke.

@Penthouse
Carly questions Jason on what he could possibly be doing tonight. He sits there trying to fix Michaels train set while Carly goes on about the possible people it could involve. She throws out the names of Brenda and Elizabeth, but then comes down to the realization that Jason has a date. Jason stonewalls and Carly realizes that it's true. She's overjoyed, yet Jason can't stand it and leaves the penthouse.

@Kelly's
Elizabeth helps Courtney lie to A.J claiming that she has the pots and pans to do some cooking for Lila's church. A.J tells Courtney that he recieved the divorce papers. He pleads with her for a second chance but she refuses and demands that he sign the papers and get it over with.

@Luke's

@Dock's
Jax and Sonny meet up on the docks. Sonny tells Jax that he doesn't want him trying to help Brenda. Jax comes back with the claim that Brenda is in this situation because of him.

@PCPD
Taggert brings a surveilence video from the Port Charles Hotel to Scottie, claiming that the tape incriminates Jax on the night of the murder. Scottie is set on using Brenda for his own agenda to bring down Jason and Sonny, guilty or not, whatever means necessary. Though he doesn't tell Taggert this, it's obvious after he pockets the tape after Taggert gave it to him to view and then place into evidence. He's making sure this tape never reaches evidence.

@Kelly's
Elizabeth questions Ric on why he's staying in a room in a place such as Kelly's. He then tells Elizabeth that he's in town in order to help out Sonny. Lucky walks in when Ric gets a phone call from Sonny who wants to meet with him right away.

@Department Store
Luke breaks into a store and picks out a pink dress for Summer to change into. Summer attempts to change dresses because this one just isn't her style and Luke snaps at her that she has to wear this dress and no other.

@Courtney's
Courtney begins to blurt out her nervous energy to Rosey while she does some last minute preparing for her dinner with Jason. Jason arrives and Courtney opens the door and immediately a smile comes to both of their faces.

@Kelly's
Elizabeth asks Lucky if he believes that his father is getting any better. Lucky says that he's not sure but he does think that he might be because of a woman. He feels that his father in betraying his mother in some way.

@Store
Luke sets up a romantic candle lit scene and Summer comes out of the dressing room in the pink dress. They start to slow dance.

@Courtney's
Courtney and Jason begin their evening together. Courtney brings out the wine, but with all those jitters he has she drops the glass and it shatters. both go down to clean it up, and there's a moment where their eyes lock and it looks as if they might go in for that kiss, but then of course, the timer goes off for dinner, totally ruining the moment.

@Penthouse
Ric arrives at the Penthouse much to Carly's suprise. She tells Ric that he better leave if he doesn't want the wrath of Sonny to fall upon him. Sonny arrives and Carly finds out that Sonny called him there.

@PCPD
Jax sticks around determined to get Brenda out, much to her frustration. She wants him to stay away, he refuses. He vows to get her out and keep her from taking the fall for what he thinks that Jason and Sonny did.

@Store
Luke and Summer have a glass of champagne and toast 'to our night' She questions what that means and she questions about his wife. He inisists that she say those words or it will ruin everything. He wants to recreate a moment he had with Laura. She tells him that by her saying those words won't bring Laura back to him.

@Courtney's
Jason and Courtney talk about her past in the casino business with her mom. He talks about his motorcyle and how he had his own bike shop for a while when Sonny left town. Courtney, once again with the wine, spills some on his shirt. As she goes to clean it up their eyes meet and they stop for a second. Then Jason goes in for the kiss, and then Courtney goes in for the kiss..and then...their lips lock! FINALLY! they pull away for a second but then realize that they want it and go at it again. Beautiful moment... =)

@Penthouse
Sonny tells Ric that he has a job for him. Whether or not he actually hires him depends on if he carries out this job successfully or gets caught.

@PCPD
Jax tells Brenda that he's to blame for the situation that she's in. She instists that it's her own fault that this all happened. Jax realizes that Scottie is only using Brenda to get to Jason and Sonny. Jax then goes out and tells Scottie that he's the one who killes Alcazar.
