General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 10-Sep-2002

AJ & COURTNEY�S APT:
Courtney continues to feel uncomfortable about having been a stripper and it is apparently affecting her relationship with AJ on a physical level. AJ assures her that he thinks she is the best thing that ever happened to him and does not think any less of her because of her dancing career. Edward arrives and after Courtney leaves he lets AJ know that he knows all about �Daisy�. Edward makes AJ an offer; if AJ will sabotage Ned and help Edward bring him down a peg, Edward will make sure that AJ has the means to take care of Courtney �properly�. AJ wonders why Edward would trust someone he thinks of as a "useless drunk�. AJ refuses to help his grandfather, and when Edward keeps bringing up Courtney�s stripping career, AJ throws him out.

MOTEL ROOM:
Jax manages to track Skye down in some rundown motel room. Skye thinks that Jax tracked her down in order to turn her over to the police. She is surprised when Jax tells her that she is no longer a suspect in the attempted murder of Edward. After explaining (off camera) Jax tells Skye that the next step is up to her. Although Skye is happy with the news she is more concerned about where she stands with Jax. She owns up to the mistakes she make where Edward was concerned, tells Jax she still loves him and begs him to believe that she would never have gone through with the deal. Jax suggests that she concentrate on the business at hand for now. Skye is happy because he didn�t blow her off again.

Q HOUSE:
Alexis gripes to Ned about his family�s interest in her child when the Drs. Q call them to the house. After inquiring about Alexis�s health, Monica and Alan tell Ned they are prepared to offer him full support in any ELQ business matters. Ned thanks them but let�s them know that he is going to use ELQ to drive Sonny into financial difficulties so that Sonny will either use illegal means and end up in jail or go bankrupt. Monica and Alan do not think it is a good idea and appeal to Alexis for help in dissuading Ned. However, Alexis tells them she will not interfere with Ned�s business, as the world will be a safe place if Sonny is no longer a threat. After Ned and Alexis leave, Monica and Alan discuss what it would be like to have a Sonny free existence. Although Alan thinks it would be wonderful, he believes that Ned could lose everything the family owns and therefore shouldn�t follow through. Monica also hopes that Ned will change his mind but only because going after Sonny will also put Jason in the line of fire. Edward arrives and they get into the usual finger pointing, name-calling, and insult exchanging routine that passes for a normal conversation in the Q house. Skye and Jax show up. Skye lays into Edward and forces him to admit that she tried to get out of the contract but he wouldn�t let her. Edward warns that Skye only cares about herself and contends that she will stab them all in the back if it will get her what she wants. Surprisingly, Monica is (sort of) on Skye�s side and threatens to throw him out of her house (again). Later, Skye asks if knowing the truth has made any difference in Jax�s feelings toward her. She tells Jax that she is wants to continue their relationship but he tells her it is complicated.

KELLY�S:
Courtney is upset to see Coleman at the diner and asks one of the other girls to wait on him. She refuses and mentions that Coleman specifically asked for Courtney�s section. Courtney approaches the table and asks why he is there. Coleman tells her that he has started a new business and wants to offer her a job. Courtney tells him to go to hell. Coleman tells her that he is sorry for the way he treated her before. He then tells her that her sacrifices and depth of commitment to her marriage made him re-evaluate his life. Coleman says he wants to try and make it up to her and offers her a large denomination bill-no strings attached.
AJ walks in and very calmly, but firmly, warns Coleman to stay from Courtney. AJ tells Coleman to keep his money and leave. Coleman watches from the window as Courtney oohs, aahs and compliments AJ on the way he handled the situation. When they get back home, Courtney tells AJ that she is ready to make love again.
OUTSIDE KELLY�S-
Roy apologies to Felicia for getting her involved, but Felicia insists she is to blame for putting her children in danger. One of Alcazar�s flunkies shows up and offers to take Felicia to see the girls. Roy insists on going, but the flunky says Felicia goes alone or the deal is off. Felicia accepts and Roy warns the man that if anything happens to her, Roy will come looking for him. When they finally arrive at the (hotel?) room where Maxie and Georgie are being held, Felicia begs the man to remove her blindfold before the girls see her and get more scared. Mother and daughters have a very short but happy reunion before Alcazar shows up and asks to speak to Felicia alone. Alcazar tells Felicia that the she sooner she convinces Roy to do as ordered, the sooner the girls can go home. Felicia asks what Alcazar wants Roy to do, but he tells her to ask Roy. Felicia pleads with Alcazar to let the girls go and keep her instead. She tells him that the current police commissioner is their stepfather and that if they are missing much longer he will notice and start asking questions. Alcazar is reluctant but agrees to the swap. Later, Roy is pacing outside of Kelly�s when the girls show up and tell him that Alcazar let them go � but now has Felicia.

ALCAZAR�S YAHCT:
Brenda pleads with Alcazar to let her out of the cabin. He apologies for bringing her back to PC, but won�t let her out. Brenda tells him she wants to leave PC as soon as possible. Alcazar orders Diana (the nurse) to give Brenda some medication. After Alcazar leaves, Brenda refuses the drugs and convinces Diana to inject the pillow instead. Brenda asks her to call Sonny and warn him about Roy. As Diana leaves the room, Brenda notices an emergency kit on the wall. Later, Brenda fakes an accident and calls out for help. When the guard comes into help her, Brenda pretends to have sprained her ankle and asks him to get the emergency kit. As he bandages her, she manages to get the flare gun from the kit without him noticing. Eying the wide open door, she complains that she feels suffocated and asks him to stay with her. She is succeeding at seducing him when Alcazar returns. After the guard leaves, Alcazar compliments Brenda on her craftiness but warns her not to do anything she would later regret. After he leaves, Brenda takes the flare gun and hides it under her pillow�
