General Hospital Update for Tuesday, 25-Jun-2002

On the docks-
Jason and Zander butt heads when they have no luck finding Liz. Jason wants to continue the search alone but Zander refuses to comply. They finally see a message written on the wall with a time and place to meet. Jason tells Zander to back off as his presence might put Liz further in danger, but Zander points out that if the meeting is a set-up and Jason gets killed, Liz will not be found�

At an undisclosed location-
Liz stumbles around in the dark for a few moments then strikes a match to try and see her surroundings. She finds a door but can�t get it open. It does finally open to let one of her kidnappers in. After he lets her know they are using her to get info from Jason, she warns them they are messing with the wrong person, but the kidnapper doesn�t appear to be concerned�

PC Grill-
Laura questions Lucky over the pictures of the replacement model. Lucky fills her on the way that Nik has taken over Gia�s career. Laura is hard pressed to believe that her own son would betray her by putting her company in a financial strain�

At another table-
Gia blasts Nik when he orders her breakfast without consulting her and then suggests she needs to eat healthier. Nik placates Gia by telling her he has arranged meetings with several top modeling agencies. Laura approaches the table and informs Gia that she will take legal action if Gia breaks her contract with Deception. Gia leaves Nik and Laura to hash out the details so she can go shopping. Nik wants Laura to release Gia from her exclusivity. Laura balks and Nik offers to
re-imburse the company. Laura asks why Nik is doing this to her. Nik reveals that since his disagreement with Lucky, he has felt that he is on the outside of the family. Laura reminds Nik that he will always he her son, but it appears to have no effect on Nik�

Outside Kelly�s-
Felicia meets with Roy who reports that he has not been able to come up with any leads on the money. Felicia fantasizes that the money is clean and what she could do with a million dollars. Roy shoots her down by pointing out all trouble that much money brings with it. After Roy takes off, Bobbie (who watched the meeting from inside Kelly�s) questions Felicia about her relationship with Roy. Felicia denies any romantic involvement. Bobbie assures Felicia she is not jealous, just concerned that Felicia might be setting herself up for trouble. Bobbie reminds Felicia that Roy is not completely trustworthy by pointing out how easily he turned his back on a �friend� when he helped Carly turn Sonny into the Feds�

Deception Studios-
Sarah is hanging around waiting for Lucky. When one of the crew shows up she tells him that the shoot was cancelled. Lucky finally shows up on to have the lights suddenly flash in his face. He tries to see past the lights, suddenly Sarah�s voice calls out to him that he is now the model. Lucky hesitates but Sarah encourages him to take off his shirt and undershirt. When she finally steps out of the shadows, Lucky sees that she is naked. They start to kiss but Lucky remembers that he is waiting for someone. Sarah assures him she sent the guy home already so they are alone. Sarah thinks it�s time to let everyone know they are together but Lucky isn�t sure yet. They start to give into their passion when Gia barges in. After Sarah leaves, Gia apologies for not making the previous shoot but explains she couldn�t pass up the opportunity. Lucky questions if she doing everything because she really wants it or because Nik wants her to. Gia tells Lucky she wants to make it up to Laura and urges him to help her. They agree to do a re-shoot immediately. Just as they are getting started Nik arrives and informs Gia they are leaving immediately�

Outside Kelly�s-
Mac tells Felicia that the money she had him check out is real and asks where she got it. Felicia invents a story about a �client� who found the money and asks Mac to trace the serial numbers to see if it is stolen. Mac questions Felicia about the �case�; she tries to reassure him by telling him her �case� has nothing to do with Luke�
Meanwhile, back at his apartment, Roy packs the money into a bag and leaves�

On the docks-
Jason makes it to the appointed meeting place in time to answer the ring pay phone. He answers and hears Liz�s voice yelling out that it�s a trap. The kidnapper quickly takes the phone back and tells Jason he will call back in an hour and this time Jason better be alone. Zander walks up and demands to be in on rescue. Zander yells that Jason took his life. Jason punches him and tells him to back off. Zander thinks that if he can convince the kidnapper that he has broken ties with Sonny and Jason he might be able to get in with them. Jason refuses to play along and tries to walk away. Zander attacks him all the while shouting that he hates Jason and would like nothing more than revenge on him and Sonny. Jason quickly subdues Zander but by this time Taggart has arrive on the scene and places them both under arrest�

At Kelly�s-
Laura visits Bobbie and fills her in on the found wedding dress and the fact that Rick is returning to walk her down the isle. When Bobbie wonders why they didn�t think to look in the garage attic before, Laura admits she doesn�t remember it. Sarah asks to speak with Laura. Sarah goes on about Liz and Jason and something being wrong with Lucky but before Laura can question her about anything Sarah leaves�

Outside Kelly�s-
Felicia fills Roy in on Mac�s findings. When Felicia confesses to the urge to see the money again, Roy tells her he put it in a safe deposit box-then gives her the key. Roy tells her he is going off on his own to try and find more clues�

At the Police Station-
Mac urges Zander to press charges against Jason. Zander admits he attacked Jason first. Mac tries to question Jason but gets only the �I want my phone call� line out of him. Aware of Liz�s dilemma, Zander tries (too hard) to convince Taggart and Mac to let Jason go. They question why he is so anxious to help a person who beat him up. After a glare and an almost unperceivable shake from Jason, Zander refuses to answer any more questions and demands someone get his lawyer�
Meanwhile, down on the docks, the pay phone where Jason is supposed to be rings on and on�
