General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 19-Jun-2002

ROY�S APARTMENT-
Roy tells Felicia he thinks the money is a set-up but can�t come up with a name of someone who would be able to do it. Felicia counts the money and finds out it�s exactly $1 million. They scramble to hide the money when Taggart shows up to talk official police business with Roy. However, Taggart just wants Roy to keep an eye on the Commissioner�s ex-wife. Roy and Felicia agree to keep the money quiet until they can dig up more info on it. Someone watching through the window reports (via phone to an undisclosed person) that the money has been found�

KELLY�S-
Jason claims that he didn�t know Courtney worked at Kelly�s-where he eats breakfast everyday. AJ calls him liar and accuses him of being Sonny�s spy. Jason leaves a large tip, but AJ doesn�t want Courtney to accept it. AJ makes Courtney promises that she won�t believe Jason over him. They agree to have a night out on Jason� money. Later AJ gets a phone call informing him that he did not get one of the jobs he applied for. AJ however tells Courtney that he DID get the job and they decide to go celebrate at Club 101�

DECEPTION-
Lucky finally ends the photo session with Gia�s lackluster replacement. He and Sarah agree to meet after her shift. Gia finally arrives on the set only to have Lucky inform her that the session is over-she has been replaced by a bigger name and Gia�s days as the �Face� are numbered�

LAKE HOUSE-
Skye pulls away from Jax but he warns her that if she leaves it will be for good this time. Skye hesitates and they end up making love again. Later, Jax advises Skye that she needs to keep business and personal matters separate. Skye is unnerved by Jax�s ability to treat everything as a game�

CLUB 101-
Carly desperately tries to schedule an appointment with a fertility specialist. Edward overhears the tail end of Carly�s call and slyly offers to �help�. Carly informs Edward he will never get close to Michael. Jason makes his presence known when Edward issues a thinly veiled threat. Carly tearfully confides in Jason that she's unable to conceive. Jason advises her to confide in Sonny. Jax interrupts them to discuss business with Carly. He suggests Carly step down if she can�t handle the club. Carly angrily refuses and reminds him that the club was her idea in the first place. After Jax leaves, Jason tells Carly he thinks her partnership with Jax was a BIG mistake but Carly is sure Jax won�t double-cross her.

ELQ HQ-
Skye visits Edward and tells him that if he doesn�t reinstate her, she will destroy the company within a year. Edward uses Skye�s own insecurities to undermine her trust in Jax by informing her that Jax�s is using her. Edward tries to convince Skye that Jax�s usual MO involves seducing the wives of the CEO�s to gain the inside track. Skye thinks he�s lying but Edward insists he can prove it. Edward does offer to take Skye back if she will cut her ties with Jax. Skye huffs out claiming Edward will rue the day�

CLUB 101-
Lucky and Sarah arrive in a good mood but it is dampened by Nik and Gia�s presence. Lucky and Nik have words again when Lucky accuses Nik of orchestrating Gia�s fame to make her a more suitable princess.
Skye show up late but doesn�t tell Jax about Edward�s allegations.
Carly runs into AJ at the bar and tells him to leave on his own or be thrown out. Neither can believe when they see Jason and Courtney talking. Carly stomps over and asks tells Courtney and AJ to leave. Jason says Carly should let them stay because Sonny would want it that way. AJ and Courtney do leave and Carly (typically) accuses Jason of taking Courtney�s side. Jason won�t play along and advises Carly again to tell Sonny about her fertility problem before Sonny finds out on his own like he always does. Carly disregards Jason�s advice and decides to leave Sonny out of the loop and begin fertility treatments ASAP�
