General Hospital Update for Monday, 27-May-2002

Happy Monday everyone. This is my update debut, so please read with a kind heart...LOL. Now, let's see what the Jilly P & Friends show has in store for us today.

We start with Courtney playing with Rosie only to be interrupted by Gia coming to her. She needs to speak with Courtney alone. No one is home so now she can get to her reason for being there...Gia needs a favor, Courtney's help. Courtney looks at her, wondering what Gia could need her help with.

We shoot back over to the docks where AJ is on his feet & in front of Jason. Why is Jason home? Mother Day is over so its not to wish Monica "Happy Mother's Day", he doesn't get along with Alan and its too early, so its not for Father's day. Was it for Carly's resurrection? Jason stands there & looks at him with a cool stare, not letting AJ get to him at all.

Back at the penthouse, Sonny is still fussing over Alexis a bit. Carly comes out to see them together and after Alexis sees Carly, she goes into her own place. Carly hasn't gotten an answer to her question...does Sonny forgive her?

Back at the docks, AJ insists that the past doesn't matter...he's a changed man. He said the big change is that he now has a woman in his life who loves him with all her heart. He's quit drinking & he's a better man because of her. Jason doesn't care & he looks like he's not buying it.

What did Gia want with Courtney? A simple favor: help her break in to the PCPD & steal the tape that Taggert has incriminating Gia.

Sonny takes Carly back into the apartment & tells her that he's forgiven Mike or at least he feels he's done a good job of trying. He tells her of how Mike always promised to come to his baseball games & such, but he'd never show. When he did show, Mike would ask forgiveness. Sonny always told him that he forgave him, but never really felt in his heart that he did. He tells her he doesn't know what forgiveness feels like, but if its feeling a weight lifted off his shoulders, that's what he felt when he saw Carly at the church.

We then see Nikolas talking to a man who hands him an envelope. The man gives Nikolas some money that was reported stolen...anyone found with it would look very guilty. Nikolas says they never met & dismisses the guy before leaving himself. Something foul is afoot.

Back at the Q mansion, Courtney tells Gia how insane & illegal her plan is. Of course Gia didn't mean that they should break into the PCPD themselves...she wants Courtney to use her "connections". Courtney doesn't know what Gia is talking about (Edward? AJ?). Gia tells her she means Sonny & his men. Courtney says she doesn't even know Sonny very well, let alone his men. She passes on the plan & Gia leaves to handle things herself.

Jason calls AJ on his lies. He said he knows that AJ has changed. He used to lie a lot, but now he lies a lot more. Jason doesn't care about AJ or even think about him unless he does something wrong.

At Alexis' penthouse, Kristina comes down the stairs & mentions how ragged Alexis looks. Alexis insists she's fine, but Kristina isn't convinced. She's going to take care of Alexis.

At Sonny's penthouse, all SEEMS to be forgiven (he never really came out & said it) when Sonny & Carly share some kisses that start out tender, but increase to passionate before Sonny takes her upstairs & makes love to her.

Jason lays down the law to AJ. No more going to Carly's place to harass her. No more going to Bobbie's place. No more tricks with dead bodies & tampered DNA. No more legal papers to make Michael think he will be taken from Carly & Sonny. AJ is through...stay away from Michael completely & out of his life or else. AJ chooses now to take his leave of the docks & Jason. As AJ leaves, Jason gets a call from the bartender of a club called "The Blue Note"...someone recognized a picture Jason had them show around of a woman Jason is looking for.

Gia slips into Taggert's office & is grabbed from behind. Its Nikolas who is there to do some work of his own. They start searching the office for the tape. Gia finds a medal she won as a child for canoeing. They don't find the tape. When Gia leaves the room, Nikolas takes the opportunity to plant the stolen money in the back of Taggert's file cabinet.

AJ is not a happy guy as he arrives at the Q mansion. Courtney joins him & he laments about the one person who makes all of his achievements seem like nothing & his changes for the better seem insignificant. Courtney asks who this was & he tells her Jason is back in town.

Sonny & Carly cuddle after sex. She asks about his tattoo & he tells her how he got it after leaving her one night. He got it for her. There is knocking at the door...after a few more kisses, Carly sends Sonny to answer it. When he's gone, she puts on one of his shirts, looks at pictures on his dresser, goes out onto the balcony & says "Thank you" to God.

Meanwhile, downstairs, Sonny is the next to find out that Jason is back. It took forever for Benny to locate Jason. Jason said he delivered the message to AJ & AJ got the point. He'll take care of the next part tomorrow. Sonny has one more favor to ask of Jason: find out where Carly was while she was away.

Courtney can't believe what she's hearing about Jason. She's appalled at the way the family reveres him & turns their backs on AJ. She said there's no contest: Jason sounds awful & AJ is the good son & the Qs are wrong for favoring the once "golden son" over AJ.

Carly comes down the stairs & sees Jason. Excited, she runs to him & hugs him tight. When did he get there? And he must promise to not leave tomorrow as well as come back to see Michael. Jason promises this. He has to go for now, though. After Jason leaves, Carly hugs Sonny. Jason is home & she is back with Sonny...things can't get any better than this.

After Kristina has gone, Alexis paces her penthouse as she is counting days in her book. After a couple of recounts, she comes to a possible conclusion...is she pregnant?

That's about it for today...I hope I remembered everything fairly closely...LOL. I also hope I wasn't too long winded. Until next time....
