General Hospital Update for Thursday, 2-May-2002

Kristina follows Zander to the docks and continues to try to get him to discuss Carly and the accident. When he reveals how anguished he really is, she pulls him into hug, unaware that Ned has just arrived and is watching them. Shortly thereafter, Ned asks Kristina about her relationship with Zander. Kris tells Ned that she now understands why he was so upset about Alexis� betrayal and no longer believes he is still in love with her sister. She does however; refuse to divulge Zander�s confidences and tries to turn the talk to a discussion about their relationship. When Ned remains silent, Kris assumes he wants to end their relationship-until he pulls her into a passionate kiss�

Bobbie realizes that Michael is really missing when Lucky and Nik (who are outside the front door) confirm that they did not see the child. Everyone jumps in to try to find him. Sonny shows up to visit Michael and Bobbie has to tell him that Michael has wandered off or been kidnapped. They immediately both think of AJ and Sonny decides to pay his brother-in-law a visit�

Nik tells Lucky that they need to put aside their differences at least during the crisis, but Lucky isn't interested. Liz and Lucky have an uncomfortable moment outside the brownstone when their respective searches cross paths. Lucky suggests they team up to search but Liz refuses. Lucky rushes to the hospital and asks Sarah to check the admission records for anyone matching either Carly or Michael�s description. Tony overhears and joins the search for the missing child. The anguish brings bad memories for Sarah, Lucky reaches out to her in comfort and Liz arrives at that moment. After Lucky leaves, Sarah tries to apologize to Liz again, but Liz will have none of it, Liz bitterly tells Sarah that she has won-Lucky is all hers�

Zander heads to the bluff, and despite several unfriendly encounters with Capelli, stays there in hopes of hearing some news about Carly...

Courtney�s feelings waver between trying to convince herself that Sonny wouldn�t try to kill her husband and the suspicion that AJ is behind the story �Det. Torres� told them. A.J. wisely tries to use the incident to get Courtney back on his side. Courtney tells AJ that she doesn�t want to believe her brother is capable of something so horrible because she WANTS to have a relationship with him. Sonny arrives and warns A.J. not to use Carly�s accident to try to get his hands back on Michael. Courtney then asks Sonny about his order to have A.J. killed. Despite the fact that Sonny denies there IS a hit, an angry Courtney chooses to believe A.J. She calls Sonny a hypocrite. Sonny receives a phone call and immediately makes his excuses to leave. But before he goes he tells Courtney that he meant what he said to her on her wedding day-all he wants is for her to be happy�

Luke and Nik also cross paths at the park in their search for Michael. Nik takes the opportunity to ask Luke if HE left the cryptic message on the old typewriter in his office. Luke tells the boy that though they may never be friends, he doesn�t hate him-anymore! Luke assures Nik he is not responsible for the message-he has better things to do with his time. The conversation is broken up when Michael suddenly calls out to Luke and appears from behind the bushes. Luke picks up the boy and rushes him home to Bobbie. Bobbie is ecstatic to see her grandson, then urges everyone to go home. Sonny rushes over after Bobbie calls him to report Michael is safe. They both give Michael stern warnings NOT to ever leave the house alone again and are stunned when the little boy announces HE saw Carly�

She was attacked by a CARJACKER and lost her car, money, clothes and jewelry to this person. Everyone will believe the body is Carly. The REAL Carly however will be found wandering around with a big bump on her head and no idea who she really is!

Rumor has it that Jason is embroiled heavily into the Carly storyline, and may have something to do with her coming back to PC. This not only effects Sonny and Alexis but has implications for Liz, Lucky, Zander and AJ.
Jason�s return is because Carly summoned him-NOT at Sonny�s request.
Carly will be found alive and well�seems she will have been rescued by BRENDA�
Who is now a MERMAID!
