General Hospital Update for Thursday, 25-Apr-2002

Kelly's:
Liz comes down the stairs at Kelly’s as we hear a voice on a radio announce a car crash off of Bluff Pt Rd. Liz tries to avoid Lucky with no success, Lucky wants to talk, but she doesn’t and when Sarah walks in she tells him his date has arrived. Sarah tries to approach her, but Liz gives her grief about wanting her ex-boyfriend. Liz blows out and then Lucky jumps on Sarah’s case for making it worse with Liz. But Sarah gets sarcastic and points out the obvious. Lucky breaks up a potential fight between Zander and some man about a ding on Zander’s car. Lucky pulls him away and Zander starts ranting about beautiful women, giving up on women how terrible women are etc. Lucky wonders what he is ranting about. Zander ends up telling Sarah that whoever her he is her boyfriend isn’t good enough for her. Lucky tells him to leave her alone. Zander doesn’t back off and Lucky grapples with him all the way out the door. The two men fight violently. They finally separate on their own and start laughing and shake hands as Sarah watches. Lucky lets Zander know who Sarah is and the two men talk about the bad year. They go in for coffee and Lucky tries to find out who the lady in question was. They hear about the accident upon hearing the description of the car, Zander goes rushing out.

Bobbie's house:
Liz is at Bobbie’s venting with Michael playing, he goes to the radio and they listen to the news. They hear an update on the accident but he changes the channel before they hear it. Bobbie tells her that she wasn’t out of line for busting Sarah and Lucky. Liz keeps venting to Bobby and Bobbie tells her that some men are ultimately untrustworthy. Liz wishes Sarah had not returned. Bobbie can’t really understand the sister rivalry. Liz lists all the reasons she is not as good as Sarah. Liz wonders if Lucky was pining for Sarah. Liz is ready to start looking out for herself. Bobbie helps Liz try to figure out where she should live, she doesn’t want her living in her studio. Bobbie invites her to live with her and Liz accepts.

Jax's:
Skye wakes up to find Jax getting dressed, she is disappointed to find out that he is leaving to actually work, not get her food. She tries to get him to blow off his business with Carly, but he has to go. She questions his partnership with Carly since they are now….He makes her define their relationship. Jax defends Carly to Skye about the boat house. She really doesn’t want him around the woman who is her mortal enemy; especially after she sacrificed her relationship with her brother to save Sonny’s sister. Jax refuses to play the game with her, he won’t give her a win on her mental score card. She starts listing her recent losses. Jax seems to understand how she feels, but doesn’t want her making it worse. Jax asks why AJ is using his kid as a pawn instead of working on his own life if he loves his son. Skye agrees to drop the Carly thing. She asks what she has on Edward. He carries over his shoulder into the shower. After their shower, they start kissing some more and Skye slips off her robe to keep Jax home in bed. He decides to be late for his appointment with Carly.

Q Mansion:
AJ looks out the window and fiddles with his ring when Courtney finds him and notices him putting his ring back on. She asks if she did something wrong, he reassures her. Then she asks him if he is unhappy being married to her? She promises not to freak out. He tells her that he loves her but tiptoes around his mood. He tells her it is about Michael’s old nursery. He continues to play with his ring when he thinks she isn’t looking. He talks about how Carly would rather have Michael call anyone his father but him. Courtney falls for the poor AJ being kept away from Michael routine. He claims he doesn’t want her coming between him and Sonny. She suggests that she go talk to Sonny about Michael. They start to kiss as Alan and Monica walk in. Alan tells him that this has to stop. Monica tells him that it was his gift to them was over extravagant. Alan and Monica go to the terrace to let the newlyweds have some privacy. On the terrace Alan complains he was going to be sick watching AJ slobber over that innocent girl. She tells Monica they are condoning his behavior by allowing him to stay there. Alone, AJ listens to Courtney’s plan to get Michael into her life. She’ll show Sonny that she is dedicated to AJ and that if Sonny wants a relationship with her he has to make some sort of move with Michael. Out on the terrace, Monica defends AJ and refuses to believe anything Skye says. Alan explains how both he and Skye are alcoholics and that AJ will slip. Inside AJ kisses Courtney as she leaves to make Sonny compromise.

Sonny's:
At Sonny’s Alexis and Sonny lay in bed with her head on his chest; she tries to leave without waking him, but he asks her if she is leaving the scene of the crime with just a hint of a smile when her jaw drops looking back at him. She goes into spin mode as she tries to explain she was going home, and they are private people. She gets uncomfortable with his perusal of her. He admits to watching her mouth. He kisses her and then announces that he is going downstairs to make her a great breakfast because she is a fascinating woman. Later he calls her down to breakfast, she comes down in his shirt and he tells her she looks good in it. Suggests she wear it to court with her sensible shoes. Clearly uncomfortable with still being there for breakfast she asks for the protocol. He asks her if she likes him and they have a little joke about her tolerating her. Someone knocks and she goes to leave, “What if it is Carly?” He reassures her and goes to answer the door; it’s Kristina looking for her sister. She spots her sister in Sonny’s shirt, and Sonny gives them a minute to go make some coffee. Kristina tells her that it looks like she had a wonderful evening, not mortified like Alexis thinks. Kristina leaves telling her to have fun. Poor Alexis looks like she is in the middle of a nightmare.Later Alexis is amazed at how good the food is. She then analyzes how he manages in the kitchen, he asks her if she analyzes everything and she simply answers, “yes.” She goes to bite a strawberry and Sonny stops her cold by telling her there is nothing sexier than a woman biting into a strawberry. Finally dressed in her own clothes, he asks her again if she is OK. Alexis asks what happens next. Zander starts pounding on the door. Zander starts ranting about Carly and how she drives a sport coup.

Kelly's:
Jax arrives at Kelly’s and asks Lucky if he’s seen Carly. Jax is surprised she isn’t there since he is late. Meanwhile Bobbie goes to take Michael to school as Zander tells Sonny about Carly getting her license etc.
