General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 24-Apr-2002

Brownstone-
After picking up Michael at Club 101, Bobbie and Scott's �date� turns less than enjoyable when Scotty hints that AJ has a �right� to his son. Bobbie points out all of AJ�s mistakes and mentions that when AJ DID have Michael, he WASN�T interested in him. Scott makes the mistake of saying Carly is destructive and it will only be a matter of time before she ruins her life and drags those around her down with her. Bobbie ends the date on an abrupt note�

GH Roof-
Sarah returns and tells Lucky that she saw Liz leaving. Lucky confides in Sarah that Liz has broken with him permanently. He admits that he was unable to return the love that she offered him. Sarah thanks Lucky for helping her out of a bad place but believes they must resist each other in order not to hurt Liz further. Lucky tries to get Sarah to repair the damage done to the sisters� relationship. Sarah tries to get Lucky to stop blaming himself, but when she reaches out and touches him-the attraction is obvious and mutual�

Club 101-
Nik and Gia sit with some �new� friends who are curious about the opening night�s �fight�.
Liz shows up and Nik tries to act as if everything is ok with them. Furious, Liz takes out her anger and frustration by warning the newcomers to watch what they say to Nik and never get in a car with Gia. She calls Nik a �manipulator� and Gia a �liar�. Embarrassed, Gia tries to convince Elizabeth that she's making a mistake and acting self-righteous. Unaware that Maxie is listening, Liz lays into Gia and reads her a LONG LONG list of all of Gia�s faults. Liz warns Gia that the love she and Nik share will not last and expresses the hope that she will be around to witness when Nik starts lying to Gia-if he hasn�t already. Maxie approaches and expresses concern about Liz and Lucky. After Liz informs her that she and Lucky are over with no hope of reconciliation, Maxie rushes to GH. She finds Lucky still on the roof and offers a �friendly� ear. She is delighted when Lucky offers her a ride home after learning she arrived in a cab�

Jake�s-
Shocked to see the reflection of Sonny and Alexis in bed together, Carly backs up and leaves hurriedly. She is unaware that she has dropped Michael's birthday card and it has fluttered under the furniture. In typical fashion she runs to do the worst thing possible-find a way to hurt back. Carly finds a shirtless Zander asleep in his room (obviously he doesn�t feel the need to lock his door even though he lives over a bar). Zander wakes and is pleased to find Carly kissing him. He questions her timing but Carly assures him that now that she is done chasing Sonny, she has finally seen what is in front of her-HIM. After some passionate kissing and a few discarded clothing items-hers, Carly lets slip that she JUST caught Sonny in bed with Alexis. Upset at learning that he is being used, Zander breaks the pool cue she gave him and KICKS Carly out�

Sonny�s PH-
Sonny and Alexis' night is interrupted when Max arrives with some documents Benny sent over. Max takes the opportunity to let Sonny know that people are talking about his canceled hit. Sonny not to subtly hints that Max ought to warn his cohorts not to second guess him. He tells Max to inform EVERYONE that they are to NOT to touch AJ. Sonny points out that now that he is Courtney�s husband, AJ is his own personal problem. A problem he will deal with in his own way and time. Sonny then heads back upstairs where he rejoins a contented but worried Alexis in bed. Alexis wonders what the morning after will bring; with a tender kiss on the forehead, Sonny assures her all will be well�
