General Hospital Update for Monday, 22-Apr-2002

Liz tests Lucky by asking about the previous night. Lucky dodges the questions about her sister, and then suggests they make a fresh start with the Caribbean vacation they originally planned. Later at the hospital, Sarah also lies to Elizabeth about the night before. Later still, they both rush to meet on the hospital roof unaware that Liz sent the messages and is in the background listening to their conversation. When they realize neither of them sent the messages Liz step out of the shadows and informs them they are busted�

The Q family is at a loss for words on upon greeting AJ�s new wife. Lila is the only one with a sincere welcome for Courtney to the Q family. Janine barges in and cheerfully greets her daughter's new in-laws despite the fact that there is no love lost between them. Alone with his son, Alan berates A.J. for using a gullible young woman to bait Sonny. Janine and Monica face off behind closed doors. When Monica asks Janine to help her find a solution to the marriage, Janine reacts by calling her a snob and remarking that Courtney is the best thing that ever happened to AJ. After learning of AJ failed plan and his intent to cut Courtney loose, Edward encourages AJ to find another way to use Courtney. After thanking Edward for his �help�, A.J. announces to his stunned family that he and his bride are moving into the mansion at Edward�s invitation�

Alexis asks Sonny-point blank-if he's ordered a hit on A.J. Sonny reminds Alexis that she never wanted to be part of any illegal activity and warns her not to question him further, but she doggedly presses on. A tearful Alexis tells Sonny that she has never believed he is the cold-blooded killer everyone has labeled him. She states that she has put everything on the line for him and their relationship. Alexis then warns him that their friendship will be finished if A.J. dies. Sonny finally calls off the �hit� to prove to Alexis how much she means to him. He then pulls Alexis into a hug, which leads to a passionate kiss�
