AT LIZ’s STUDIO
When Liz (after arriving to find Sarah and a half naked Lucky) asks if she needs to scratch her sister’s eyes out, they quickly try to explain the paint, the fall and washing of Lucky’s shirt. They are relieved when it turns out Liz is just kidding. (Apparently she really really really trusts them) After Liz apologizes for worrying them and explaining that she took a guard with her to Bobbie's, Sarah leaves them alone. Liz tells Lucky that she got good advice from Bobbie and is now “back in the game” and intends to “meet him half-way”. At Lucky’s puzzled look, she explains that Bobbie pointed out she had become a spectator in their relationship. She assures Lucky that she is willing to take the risk of getting hurt. However, she doesn’t want to think about that now, she wants to go dancing…

AT WYNDEMERE:
As Nik continues to berate himself for being such a good liar, Gia tries to assure him that he is NOT like his father. She points out several things, but strikes a nerve when she mentions that Laura abandoned him. Nik (very strongly) tells Gia NEVER to mention it again; Laura had NO other choice. Gia merely points out that she was using it as an example. Laura did what she had to do to protect those she loved; Nik did the same thing. Gia tires to convince Nik that Helena is gone and that they need to get on with their lives. To that end, she wants to go out and have fun. Sarah intrudes on the moment and is surprised when Gia insists that she accompany them…

AT THE BROWNSTONE:
It’ tax time and Bobbie is frantically trying to gather her paperwork. She has summoned Luke, but he is his usual unhelpful self. Laura arrives, Bobbie leaves and Laura tells Luke he was right; Helena has somehow managed to get to Nik. She tells him that when Nik denied helping Helena, she could tell he was lying. Luke assures her that he doesn’t believe Nik willingly helped her-she must be blackmailing him. Bobbie returns with Roy, who was summoned by Luke, and the men go off to something urgent. Laura fills Bobbie in on the most recent Helena happenings. They end up discussing the joys and woes of motherhood. Bobbie wonders if maybe Carly wouldn’t be so screwed up IF Bobbie had kept her instead of giving her up for adoption. Laura wonders if Nik doesn’t trust her because she abandoned him. In the end, Bobbie voices what most mothers must come to realize; they ARE NOT responsible for EVERY decision (right or wrong) that their children do in their lives; they can only love their children no matter what…

AT THE POLICE STATION:
Carly’s statement is meet with less than belief by Taggart, Skye and Mac (who has suddenly appeared in the scene). Jax has a flashback of Carly arriving in her office boasting of having gotten the better of Skye, but DOES NOT say anything. Sonny tries to stop Carly from making matters worse and even tries to get Alexis to give Carly an alibi. Alexis does admit to seeing Carly on the Q grounds, but can neither deny nor confirm Carly’s activities. Carly insists that she is the guilty party, but Zander urges her to keep quiet as it is only making matters worse. Sensing that Sonny might get out through a loophole, Skye states that she wants Sonny arrested for attempted murder. Mac tells Skye she admitted that she went into the water of her own free will, so no can do. Skye says Sonny threatened AJ’s life. Alexis quickly points out that Skye has no witnesses or proof of the alleged threat. In between warning Taggart that he should dismiss himself from the case, and telling Mac he is making a mistake, Alexis insists that her client be released. Mac tells her that Sonny will have to wait (in a holding cell) like every other accused person, until the ADA can review the evidence and decide if there is a case. Mac orders Taggart to escort Sonny to a holding cell, an order Taggart is happy to obey…

AT CLUB 101:
Liz and Lucky are happily dancing to the music when it changes to a slow sultry song. Lucky wants to sit down, by Liz climbs on to the bar to get the DJ’s attention and requests something with a beat. When he obliges her, she begins to dance on the BAR. Nik, Gia and Sarah arrive in time to witness the dance. Nik and Gia are happy to see Liz and Lucky having fun, but Sarah does not appear to share the feeling. Later, Lucky gets called away by a frantic phone call from Elton. (Seems some photos are missing and this has Elton in a tizzy.) Liz joins the others and proposes a toast “Here is to putting the accident behind us”. As the others lift their glasses, Liz has several flashbacks; the group toasting at the PC Grill before the accident; the conversation in the car right before the accident; looking up and seeing the RED light, yelling for Gia to stop because the light was RED…

AN UNKNOWN BAR:
Roy and Luke arrive in a waterfront dive-I mean bar. Roy doesn’t believe Helena would ever show her face in such a place. Luke points out three things:
1- Hel’s is on the lam so she can’t risk showing her face in her in any of her regular haunts.
2- The pier directly outside is straight across from Wyndemere.
3- The fancy little expensive speedboat docked at said pier most likely DOES NOT belong to anyone of the regulars.
They split up and begin their search. Roy does find a blond woman pretending to be someone else, but it’s only Felicia working undercover as a cocktail waitress. (Her skintight skimpy outfit practically has Roy drooling.) Roy tells her they are searching for Helena, and later Luke fills in some of the details. After bringing some drinks, Felicia sits with the duo and they discuss the likelihood of finding Helena in such a place. They appear unaware that they are being watched by a woman in a dark trench coat and fedora-HELENA! (Who couldn’t stick out more unless she was wearing a sign!)

BACK AT THE POLICE STATION:
Carly informs Alexis that she HAS to get Sonny out immediately because he is claustrophobic. But warns her that Sonny doesn’t want the PCPD to know…
After Taggart pushes Sonny into a cell (with a little more force than needed), Sonny warns him to be careful or he’ll find himself at the wrong end of a harassment suit. Alexis arrives and uses her legal expertise (not to mention a couple of threats) to get Taggart to agree to let her “confer” with her client. After Taggart leaves, telling Alexis to take as long as she needs since Sonny will be there for awhile, Lexi tells Sonny she is there to keep him company…
Meanwhile outside the station Carly confronts Jax and tells him he KNOWS that she is the guilty party. She pleads with him to get Skye to drop the charges, but Jax insists that Sonny needs to pay. Carly urges him to “do the right thing” or it will be on his conscience…
