1. GH - Elizabeth’s Room - “The Truth Shall Set You Free” - In his continuing efforts to keep the world from finding out that Gia ran a red light, Nik lets it slip to Elizabeth that Gia is having nightmares about the accident in which she hears Liz yell to look out for the other car running the light. He also tells her there’s an eye witness who saw Courtney go through the red light and hit them. Elizabeth says she doesn’t remember it that way; she recalls yelling something about the traffic light. The other car’s headlights would have been right in your eyes, Nik prompts. Out in the hall, a nervous Gia cuts Taggert off at the pass as he tries to return to questioning Elizabeth. Taggert lets his sister know that he has some suspicions about her story. He points out that a lie will hurt her for the rest of her life and begs her to come straight with him. Gia acts offended and yells that she didn’t run the red light. In her room, Elizabeth says she thinks she’s beginning to remember something. Taggert comes in to take her statement and she admits she can’t remember what color the light was. She did yell something to Gia just before the crash, though. One of Sonny’s goons delivers a note from him, offering help. Nik and Gia say that sounds like a man who knows his sister is guilty. Elizabeth says Sonny has always been good to her. She tells Taggert she is prepared to swear in a court of law that Courtney ran the red light. A relieved Nik and Gia say their goodbyes to Elizabeth and prepare to go home to celebrate Valentine’s Day. An uneasy Taggert watches them leave. Lucky arrives with brownies and a single white rose and asks Elizabeth if she’ll be his Valentine.

2. Jax’s Suite - “Undeniable Attraction” - Jax catches Skye at his computer and demands an explanation. She admits she’s looking for the dirt he has on Edward. Ned arrives and blasts Jax for sharing any info. on Edward with Skye. Jax says he didn’t. She lied; what a shock, Ned says. He pulls Jax out into the hall and begs him to start using common sense. He says Jax is not thinking with his brain when it comes to Skye. Thanks for stopping by, Ned, Jax says and goes back inside, slamming the door in Ned’s face. Inside, he confronts Skye with what Ned’s said and asks what she thinks about that. Skye asks if he’s attracted to her. “I’m not dead,” Jax replies with a grin. Skye wonders if the electricity between them is hurting their business relationship and his reputation. She suggests they go to bed together and get it out of the way.

3. Carly’s Office - “The Shadow of Sonny” - Carly and Zander share a passionate kiss. When they finally separate, they stare at each other for a moment. Then Zander apologizes and starts to leave. Carly won’t let him; we need to talk about this, she insists. Zander says it’s getting very hard for him to be around her. Nothing can happen between them, because that would mean he’s disloyal to Sonny. You’re his wife, he tells her. “I’m no such thing!” Carly declares, pointing out that she’s Sonny’s EX-wife, an adult, and starting a club without his help. You’re not over him yet, Zander observes. Carly says she wants to move on with her life, but everyone still sees her as the property of Sonny Corinthos. She storms out.

4. Sonny’s Penthouse - “Playful Puerto Rico Memories” - Alexis arrives, because Sonny has called her. He suggests they go back to Puerto Rico, then dismisses the idea and gets down to business. He tells her that Jax wants to shut down his warehouse. Why? Alexis asks. Yes, Jax loathes you with a vengeance that knows no bounds, and you feel the same way about him, but why would he act on that feeling now? He’s jealous of our relationship, Sonny says. It kills him that you’re my attorney and friend. He suggests getting to a judge to make the problem go away. Alexis doesn’t want to hear anything of that nature and says she’ll handle it. She makes a call. Sonny says he can deal with business complications but not this personal stuff with his family. Alexis comments that Kristina would blame it on Pluto, the planet; she has wild ideas like that. Yeah, Sonny chuckles, like her one about you and me. That stops Alexis cold, but just then her phone rings. It’s the judge, giving Sonny 30 days to argue his case. Sonny guesses that Alexis has something on the judge and threatens to have Benny find out what it is unless she tells him first. Alexis calls him an arrogant jerk, tells him not to flash those dimples, but finally admits that she did use some dirt on the judge. Sonny laughs at her, brings up the fun they had in Puerto Rico. Alexis leaves but is smiling in the hallway. Sonny makes a call and talks to someone in Spanish. Later, Alexis finds a box with gardenias in it (like the one she wore in her hair in Puerto Rico) when she’s leaving her penthouse. Sonny is waiting at the elevator. They smile at each other. Downstairs, an angry Carly gets in the elevator and hits “P” for penthouse.

5. Laura’s Office - “Clue Crazy” - Laura tells her assistant Elton that she is so frustrated by the e-mail clues she keeps getting from Luke. Why can’t he get it through his head that I am a working mother with responsibilities now? she laments. Later, as she’s sampling some perfumes, she picks her favorite and learns it’s called “Desert Flowers.” Which is what Luke used to call her when they lived in Texas. The universe is collaborating with him, she sighs. Elton asks her why Luke would contact her instead of the FBI or WSB if he was really in trouble. He doesn’t trust organized law enforcement, Laura replies. He would try to get a message to Roy and then to me if Roy is unavailable. Laura decides she’d better try to find Luke, because she would never forgive herself if he was in danger. She writes all the clues on a white board, consults an atlas, and thinks it’s the Triple 6 Ranch in Texas. She gives Elton a note to get to Roy and tells him to mind the store, before dashing out. “Ooh, this is so exciting,” Elton says.

6. Cabin/Shack in Some Undisclosed Location - “In Trouble” - Luke is being held by three goons who keep dropping hints that his time is almost up. He manages to break free from their clutches, only to be hauled back later and handcuffed to a chair. They all hear a car pull up outside and the men say the “boss” is here. Luke is glad he gets to face whomever wants him dead. In walks a blonde woman (Sally Struthers). “Jennifer,” Luke exclaims. “Hi, doll,” she greets him.
