At the hospital:
Outside Edward's room, Skye tells AJ that Edward only thinks he's going to be CEO. As they talk, Melissa and a lawyer go into Edward's room to get him to sign an addendum to his will that will remove her from it. Edward agrees to sign it, begrudgingly. Outside his room again, Skye asks for AJ's help against Edward's latest blackmailing. AJ is resistant. Skye threatens to tell Courtney his little plan for her. AJ says he has already been upfront with Courteney and people like to hear the truth. Skye ponders this strategy...
At the crash site:
Gia, Elizabeth and Courteney all lay motionless, seemingly unconsious. Courtney wakes up first and is able to crawl out her window. She seems fine. She heads to the other car and finds Gia's cell phone to call for help. Sonny's goons show up and take the phone away from her. They say Sonny wouldn't want the police involved. As they lead her away against her will, Taggert shows up and wonders what is going on. He calls for ambulances and then realizes Gia is behind the other wheel. As soon as he touches her, she miraculously comes to. He automatically assumes Courtney ran a red light and even though Gia remembers it was her fault, she lets her brother keep on thinking that. Courtney comes over to see how Gia is and Gia starts yelling at her. The ambulances take all the girls to GH.
At the Deception offices:
Roy visits Laura. He started to look up info about Melissa's past with the Bureau but was afraid of ruining her career. He doesn't know what to do. Laura calls on Lucky to hack into the hospital's computer systems. Roy is nervous, anxious. Lucky finds pages and pages of reports on patients that died under Melissa's care. Laura says it might not mean anything since these patients all seemed to be terminal to begin with....but Roy leaves with some of the info. Meanwhile, Laura & Lucky talk about what the findings could mean when Lucky is interrupted with a cell phone call. Elizabeth's been hurt!
At Sonny's warehouse:
Jax shows up and the two of them start in on their typical fight. Sonny hurts women. Jax wants to save women. Blah blah blah. This time, though, a cop shows up with a warrant condemning Sonny's warehouse and the surrounding area for a development project. Guess who is behind the development project? Yep, Jax. Suddenly, Skye bursts in and tells Sonny she isn't afraid of him. Jax wonders why she is there and she says she doesn't need him to stick up for her. Meanwhile, Sonny gets a call that Courtney has been found and is okay, but there's been a car accident. Alone now, Skye admits to Jax that Edward believes she invented the intruder.
At the Port Charles Hotel:
AJ happens upon Mike and Janine arguing over Courtney. Mike is determined to go find her. AJ listens to Janine vent about Mike and then assures her that he loves Courtney and he wants to marry her, make her a Quartermaine and give her all the privileges a Quartermaine wants. All he wants from Janine is her approval. Of course, by granting her approval, she will be eligible for all the Quartermaine perks as well.
Back at the hospital:
Melissa & Edward talk lovingly. He says he wishes she were his daughter. She tells him she isn't as perfect as he thinks she is. Edward is intruiged even more when she implies she has secrets. Of course, Roy, who is listening outside the door, isn't happy to hear that. Ned shows up to check on Edward, allowing Melissa to leave. She is pleasantly surprised to see Roy, although he looks like he just lost his best friend, she says.
In the ER, Gia finds out that Elizabeth's condition is serious and that she is suffering from internal bleeding. Taggert demands a blood alcohol test for Courtney. Sonny walks in and demands Taggert take his hands off his sister.
