The Prince and the Showgirl

Gia amuses herself by brushing up on her royal etiquette while an indulgent Nikolas looks on. Stefan apprises Gia of his discussion with Laura, specifically getting her to release Gia from her contract as the face of Deception. Nikolas is not happy with his Uncle’s high-handedness, and Gia is disturbed as well. Why can’t she continue modeling and be a princess? Stefan gives her the cold, hard facts about how her life is about to change, and that hawking perfume and cosmetics don’t fit the profile of a princess. He tells her that she will soon be expected to meet heads of state and royalty alike, and will be one of the most photographed women in the world. To that end he opened accounts at all the major fashion houses. This gives Gia pause, our girl ‘fesses up and says that she might have to clear up a few credit accounts first. Not to worry, says Stefan, it’s all been taken care of. Nikolas tells her that she doesn’t need to quit her job, she can take all the time she needs to decide.

Paging Dr. Jones

Serena took a fall ice skating and Scott is freaking out thinking that he may have made things worse and possibly caused her to re-injure her eyes. Bobbie distracts him with Christmas preparations for the pediatric party, but all he can do is obsess. She tells him that he’s one of the best fathers that she knows and he finally starts to calm down a little. Sure enough, Tony comes back and says his three lines of the month, “everything checked out fine, there are no signs of her earlier problems – she’s going to be o.k.” Scott breathes a sigh of relief and hugs his “good friend” Bobbie.

We are Family

Skye pushes for the Board Meeting to get started. Edward stalls hoping that Ned will show up and lend a hand against Skye. Jax shows up (looking totally yummy – as usual), then Sonny arrives - so let’s begin. Skye’s idea is to stop Edward from using the company against his own family by taking it public. Edward screams that they will lose all their life’s work and the “Aussie Pirate” (gotta like that image!) will get everything! Alan sides with Skye, he knows that she wouldn’t deliberately hurt Lila, he’s already tested her on that. Sonny says that he’s voting Tracy’s proxy, so Skye doesn’t have the votes necessary. A.J. even says that he’ll vote with Edward and Sonny if it means getting the rights back to his son. Not a chance, says the mob boss. You already cost me the life of my child, I don’t care what happens to ELQ, Michael’s not worth risking. Sonny tells him it doesn’t matter anyway as he’s holding Tracy’s proxy… not so fast, says Skye. She’s got Tracy’s proxy and all the needed votes to make the change. Edward fumes that he’ll drag her through the courts for years…. “not a good idea, babyseller” – ouch.

The Baby Game

Alexis tries one last time to make Carly see reason. She tells Carly that Sonny is torn, because he really does want to give Michael a home and a father, but that he's afraid Carly's having second thoughts. Carly tears into the attorney saying that she would never use Michael as a bargaining chip with Sonny. To prove it, she quickly signs the adoption papers and throws them back at Alexis. Alexis tells her again that Sonny is just her client, but Carly's not in the mood.

The Love Boat

Laura fancies she’s in the middle of a grand adventure and is loving every minute. She cuts in on “Cupid” and while learning the cha-cha, picks his pocket for the heart shaped locket. Luke congratulates her while she’s still high on the rush – until he reveals that the microchip is in actuality, a breath mint. He sends Laura to the stateroom but she lingers and notices Luke’s rather friendly banter with the “spys”. Back in the stateroom, Laura puts two and two together and angrily slams around the room muttering under her breath. When Luke comes in thinking to do a little celebrating, Laura plays along with a rather witchy look on her face. Paybacks are hell Luke.
