General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 28-Nov-2001

What goes down at the PCPD

Luke and Lucky are there to meet with Mac. Apparently, Helena's lair contains no evidence against her and no evidence that Stavros existed (again). The most they got - kidnapping. Lucky asks Luke for some lessons in love. Luke advises "Don't be afraid of what might happen......Let go of the past, reinvent yourself, don't let Helena win!!" Outside of the office, Helena looks on. Luke & Lucky go to Helena. They exchange metaphorical jabs and Helena takes a cheap shot at Luke regarding Laura.

Kelly's

Jax and Carly meet to make arrangements for their new club. Jax says he is willing to help anyone who is trying to get away from Sonny. Carly gets angry and lashes back at Jax and accuses him of trying to get back at Sonny in vengeance for Brenda. Maybe Carly should have left Brenda out of this. Jax gets really mad and cancels their partnership. Somehow Carly apologizes, Jax accepts, and everything is back on.

Romantic Park from Laura & Scott's past

Scott takes Laura to the perfect spot to hear his REJECTION. Laura admits to having resurfaced feelings for Luke, yet claims to have no plans for reconciliation. She just knows what its like to have no doubts (poor Scott - kind of) Scott gets mad at the rejection...maybe he's not such a wimp. Never mind. He vows to love Laura forever and suggests that they pretend that he never proposed in the first place. Laura thinks that is a great idea. They embrace. Luke who is now mysteriously walking the streets in that very park looks on. He leaves, believing that Laura has accepted the proposal.

The Penthouse

Kristina drops in on Sonny to tell him not to hurt Alexis. He vows to protect her. She wants to know who is going to protect her from him?!? Fake Alexis barges in, apologizes, and asks Sonny to tell Kristina that he has no romantic interest in her. After a dramatic pause and three more scenes, Sonny claims to have no romantic interest. More talk between A & K, blah blah blah, Sonny and Alexis depart. Last you see they are on a plane discussing labor issues. Sonny offers Alexis some Rum; she declines, but looks at Sonny longingly.
