LUKE'S APARTMENT:
Lucky tries to convince Liz that she is better off away from him. Liz tries to convince him that they are better off together, as their love will protect them and keep them safe. In the following discussion, it becomes apparent that Lucky knows that he did something to Luke, but does not remember the specifics. In the end Lucky wins the battle, when he says he would rather kill himself than unwillingly hurt her. A heartbroken Liz leaves.
THE HOSPITAL:
Carly introduces Angel & Sonny, who act as if they don't know each other. Sonny pulls Carly aside and asks what Angel was saying to her. Carly wonders why Sonny is over reacting, but he distracts her by asking about the home pregnancy test. Carly evades answering by saying they are not always accurate, plus she needs to get prenatal vitamins anyway, so she is just going to get the test done by a OB-GYN. Carly goes off to get the PG test. Sonny stops Angel from leaving by demanding to know why she was talking to Carly. Angel defends herself; she was just going to visit someone and Carly stopped her. Angel also adds, "Congratulations, Carly just told me she IS pregnant". Liz arrives and asks Sonny for help. Sonny tells her he can't get involved in Spencer business. Liz pleads with him, but Sonny will not disrespect Luke's wishes. Shaken, Liz leaves but tells Sonny to let her know if he changes his mind. Meanwhile Carly gets unexpected (at least to her) news from Dr. Meadows. Both the pelvic exam and the blood test are negative. She is NOT PREGNANT! A nearly hysterical Carly runs from the room wondering what she is going to tell Sonny, whom she finds gazing longingly at the babies through the nursery window. When he realizes she is there he asks her about the test results.
Angel visits Sorrel, who opens his eyes and sees her. He points at a pen and notebook, which Angel hands him. Sorrel writes down something and shows it to her. There is only one word on the sheet of paper…
TRAITOR!
IN AN ALLEY SOMEWHERE:
Felicia checks on Luke and seeing that he is hurt calls for an ambulance. Luke awakens and tells her to cancel it, so she does.
Luke does not appear to remember what has happened to him. What follows are some ugly (long-winded, tough-to-describe) scenes in which Luke roughly grabs Felicia and kisses her. When she protest, he follows up with insults. Basically he tells her she is a useless distraction and he was just using her for sex. Thinking he is drunk Felicia calls him a jerk and slaps him - hard. A still dazed Luke falls over from the contact, which apparently knocks some sense into him.
(On the screen we see two Lukes; The real inner Luke -whom only we can see and hear; and the altered Luke -whom everybody else can see and hear. For clarity I will refer to them as Inner-Luke and Bio-Luke).
Inner-Luke realizing what is really going on pleads with Bio-Luke to tell Felicia the whole story. About the toxin and Lucky's part in it, and about Stavros being alive. As an angry and hurt Felicia prepares to walk away, Bio-Luke asks her to wait. He apologies, but then insults her again by crudely suggesting they go back to his place and get in the shower. Then he adds insult to injury by mockingly telling her "I love you". As is Felicia pouring out her hurt and anger, Mac walks by and offers to hit Luke. Inner-Luke is hoping someone will-which hopefully will knock some sense it to Bio-Luke. Felicia tells Mac there is no need for Mac to hit Luke. She does it herself, with a kick to Bio-Luke's upper body. Then she and Mac walk away. Later we see a disoriented Luke arrive back at his apartment. The door opens and Lucky is standing there!
SECURED ROOM:
Nik and Helena check on the items for auction and exit the secured room. As they are leaving the outer room Alexis (with Stephan and Taggart) arrives with a restraining order. Helena's auction is illegal. Items from the estate can only be sold or auctioned by the trustee- STEPHAN! As they argue over whom really owns the necklace, or who has the right to sell/auction it, up on the roof we see the burglar enter the secured room through the skylight. The burglar lowers him/her self on a rope and using high-tech equipment disables the alarm. Then he/she proceeds to extract the necklace from the case. That done, he/she enables the alarm again, and exits the room up the rope and out the skylight. In the outer room, Nik tired of the hassle tells Helena to just give Alexis the necklace. When Helena refuses, Alexis tells Taggart to arrest her. Taggart demands to see the necklace. He orders the guard to open the door. Once inside all the arguing stops when Taggart announces the necklace is gone! Later we see the burglar enter a room (Looks a lot like the penthouse suite at the PC Hotel - which at last look belonged to AJ). After sitting at the desk and extracting the necklace from a pouch the burglar lifts off the mask to get a good look at the necklace. We get a good look at the burglar; it's…
