General Hospital Update for Friday, 15-Jun-2001

AT JAKE'S:
Zander is still looking at the threatening note, when Emily knocks on his door. He tells her about the note, she says he must go to Sonny for help again. Zander tells her Sonny is missing, they wonder if Sorrel got him. They decide they can't take a chance by waiting to find out. They decide to take off together.

AT THE COTTAGE:
As Liz unpacks, Gia questions how long they will be there. And why they couldn't go to Lucky's family? Why do they ALWAYS have to go to Nik for help? Later Liz asks Nik if he is sure he wants to help. They reassure each other that they will both be there for Lucky if he needs them and hug. Gia sees the hug and feels jealous. Later she pumps Lucky for info on his first bout with the mind control, specifically the Nik/Liz being together thing. Lucky assures Nik is over Liz and totally in to Gia now. Liz suddenly remembers it is Emily's graduation night and she promised to be there. When Nik suggests he and Liz attend the ceremony and Gia stay behind with Lucky, Gia suggests they ALL go. (Either jealousy or fear of being alone with Lucky prompted this, I couldn't tell which). Liz starts the water in the shower, but has to go get a new bar of soap. While she is gone Nik enters (both the bathroom and the shower). Liz returns with the new bar of soap and steps in from the other side as Nik washes his face. They are both shocked to see each other, but not as shocked as Gia is when she opens the curtain and sees them together in the shower, NAKED!

AT THE Q HOUSE:
Edwards thinks Emily should be sent away for safety. Monica agrees, a trip would accomplish lots of things. She could take Emily to Europe. Alan and Skye would have time alone, Emily would be safe and best of all; Monica wouldn't have to be around Skye. Later Alan and Skye do some bonding over memories of her high school graduation. Skye is touched when Alan tells her he will always have time to listen to her. As soon as Alan leaves the room Emily and Zander arrive and ask if her offer of help is still open. Still feeling close to Alan, Skye tries to backtrack, by saying maybe Emily should just tell the family what is going on and letting them help. Skye does however end up agreeing to give them money the next morning. Later they finalize the plan as Emily models her graduation cap and gown. Zander will hide in the boathouse for the night. In the morning Emily will join him with the money and they will leave. Emily gives Skye her heartfelt thanks, a hug and tells her she is turning out to be a GREAT SISTER.

AT THE HOSPITAL:
Luke catches Felicia up on the Lucky saga. Then he tells her he can't stop thinking about her, and maybe he was wrong up on the roof. Maybe they should keep seeing each other and see what happens. Felicia tells him that she and Mac have agreed to try again. But she is obviously upset and races away from him.

AT THE SPENCER HOME:
Scott arrives to take Laura to dinner. He does however have one small bit of bad news. There is one small thing keeping the Spencer's divorce from being final. If Luke doesn't sign the property division agreement by tomorrow, their petition for divorce will be null & void. They will have to file a new one and start all over again. Laura tells Scott to go on without her. She will take the paper over to Luke, have him sign it, then join Scott at the PC Grill.

AT THE SCORPIO-JONES HOME:
A nervous Felicia arrives late to find Mac waiting for her. She chatters on and on about changing steps in the dance and how much they need to practice. Mac tells her he knows she is hiding something and wants to know what it is. Felicia tells him she still has feeling for Luke. Mac says he understands, they have tried and if it's not working out, well at least they tried. Felicia says there is ONE thing they haven't tried yet. She sits next to Mac, puts her arms around him and kisses him passionately.

AT LUKE'S APARTMENT (above the club):
Laura is waiting for Luke when he arrives. She gives him the papers. He asks her if everything is ok. They discuss how a year went by so quickly. She offers a pen, but Luke says he has several. The search for a pen leads them down memory lane, as Luke keeps finding items from the past. An arrowhead from the ranch in Texas, fake IDs, a key-chain from the pub in Ireland, a menu from the Triple L Diner in Canada, but NO PEN. Laura gives Luke the one from her purse. Luke takes the pen and comments that it feels too final, like the end of an era, Laura agrees.

LAST SCENE:
Luke puts the pen to the paper, but he can't sign it. He looks up at Laura and says, "If I sign this, it's really over isn't it?" Laura tells him "Isn't that what you wanted?" Luke answers "I thought that was what you wanted!"

Will Luke sign?
Is Lucky safe?
Will Emily and Zander runaway?
Who is Angel...really?
When will everyone see Stavros?
Are Roy and Bobbie really over?
