AT WYNDEMERE:
Stephan refuses to drop the charges against Lucky. After Nik and the girls leave, Helena enters the room from the secret passageway. Helena tells Stephan he should drop the charges as a good will gesture - toward Nik, but Stephan refuses again. He tells Helena that if she doesn't tell him what he wants to know, he will make sure Lucky spends a long time in jail there by messing up her plans for him. Helena denies having any plans or use for Lucky, then wonders out loud how one of her sons could turn out so perfect (Stavros) and the other not (Stephan). Stephan says Stavros was a drunk, because of HER and it's a good thing he died before he got a chance to mess up Nik's life. Helena hides a knowing smile behind her drink.
AT Q HOUSE:
Emily and Zander publicly declare they are in love and vow to withstand any attempts to split them up. They then tell Skye to say whatever she wants. They wait anxiously for Skye to speak. Skye does mention going to the boathouse, but does not reveal what she saw; instead she apologizes to Emily for telling everyone Zander was in her room. After Zander leaves (to look for a job) Monica and Alan comment that Emily seems different; she is not a girl anymore they say. When the talk turns to Skye, Alan admits it may have been a mistake to have her move in, but he can't turn his back on her after doing so when she was born. Monica surprises him by saying she does understand - sort of. "Does this mean you're not throwing me out, after all?" Asks Alan. In her room Emily is packing away reminders of her childhood (i.e. stuffed animals, etc). Skye arrives and again apologies for her previous behavior. She tries to establish common ground with Emily, as they are both adopted. Emily is wary but does discuss her real mother and the Qs with Skye. They agree to try to be friends. Emily asks Skye to keep quiet about what she saw in the boathouse. Downstairs, Ned comments to AJ that for some reason Skye has taken a liking to him. They can use this says Ned, if they play "Good cop, Bad cop" - AJ should try to get close to her, while Ned will continue to openly attack her.
AT THE JAILHOUSE:
(Sorrel's cell)
Sonny taunts Sorrel with the package. When Sonny starts to open it, Sorrel calls for a guard. Alexis is there and convinces Sonny to leave. Before he goes Sonny tells Sorrel, next time it might be real.
AT THE PENTHOUSE:
Alexis asks Sonny why does he put himself in danger? This leads them to discuss their life choices, mainly his. He tells her when he joined the mob (at age 16) he knew there was no going back, you have to live with your choices. He understands that Carly didn't want his life anymore, but SHE CHOOSE the wrong way to go about getting out, now they all have to live with that choice. When Alexis expresses sympathy, Sonny flirts with her by saying, "Don't worry so much, I'm going to think you like me." Alexis is getting ready to head out the door, but changes her mind when Zander arrives. Zander apologizes for running out on them, and explains about what happened in Canada, then tells them that he wants a real life and school. Sonny tells him to show up at the warehouse for a job, enroll in night classes and send him a bill for tuition. After they leave Sonny, Alexis tells Zander maybe not good idea to work for Sonny. When Zander assures her he will stay clean, Alexis comments that that is not what she is worried about. Inside the penthouse, Sonny sees Carly's image on the stairs. She talks to him saying that she know how nothing he does is helping him forget her. He should just let her come back.
AT PCPD:
Luke convinces Laura that Lucky is safer from Helena in jail than on the streets. They need to leave him in jail, at least while Luke works on the disks. Laura warns Luke that if Lucky finds out he will hate them. Luke is willing to take that risk, after all he is getting used to it. Scott objects to going along with any plan LUKE came up with, but Laura convinces him to postpone Lucky's arraignment hearing. Nik, Liz and Gia arrive and give their statements about seeing Stephan attack Lucky. Taggart openly expresses doubts about their version, they however say it doesn't matter if he believes, as long as a jury does - if it goes that far. Scott tells an anxious Lucky that his arraignment was postponed, for two days. Nik wants Alexis to handle Lucky's case, but Scott warns them that if they push it, the Judge might not look favorably on Lucky. He reminds them about the trouble they got in to last summer with Ted Wilson. Lucky looks to Luke and Laura and asks them to do something. They both say nothing can be done. As Lucky is taken back to his cell, he tells Nik to look out for Liz. Luke calls Kevin, updates him, and asks him to treat Lucky ASAP. He then asks Taggart to make sure the Cassadines - specifically Stephan and Helena - don't get in to see Lucky. In his cell Lucky watches the cleaning woman as she picks up the package Sonny left for Sorrel. As she turns toward him, he realizes this is not just any cleaning woman…
It's Helena!
