General Hospital Update for Thursday, 17-May-2001

Lucky confronted Helena on her yacht. While flashing the Ice Princess at him, Helena ordered Lucky to assist her in destroying Luke. Lucky told her that he and Elizabeth were getting married, and the power of their love would keep him from being under her spell. Helena then gave Lucky a diamond heirloom ring of the Cassadine's to give to Elizabeth as her engagement ring. Upon gazing into the ring, Lucky time warped and again told Helena to leave him out of the Cassadine/Spencer war. Meanwhile, Liz and Nikolas talked in code in front of Gia about Lucky's previous brainwashing. Elizabeth denied that anything was wrong with Lucky. They set out together to find Lucky, leaving Gia behind. After searching the boxcar for Lucky, Nikolas and Elizabeth found photos of Elizabeth plastered all over the walls. Roy confronted Sonny about Carly's whereabouts. Sonny told Roy that thanks to him, Carly no longer existed. Sonny accused Roy of using Carly to seek his own revenge. Fearing that Carly has been harmed, Roy asked Mac to use his influence and past ties in the PCPD to help find the missing Carly and Michael. While gazing into a mirror, Sonny had visions of Carly standing in his apartment telling him that he will forgive her, that she didn't betray him, and that she will always love him. Sonny fired his gun into the mirror. Sky tipped the Q's off to the presence of a male in Emily's bedroom. The family burst in during an intimate moment between Em and Zander. Edward threatened to call the police, but was reminded by Ned and AJ of the agreement he had signed preventing him from pressing charges against Zander. Ned and AJ threatened Sky to stay away from Emily and warned her that Jason (and his connections) would be less than thrilled to hear of her messing with Em. Alan told Emily that he would allow her to date Zander with his permission IF Emily moved back home immediately. Em agreed.
