General Hospital Update for Wednesday, 25-Apr-2001

ALEXIS returns Sonny's files (for his next lawyer) since she is quitting, unless he apologizes. Sonny refuses to say he is sorry. Alexis leaves and runs into Ned in the hall. He overheard and can't wait to so "I told you so'.

EDWARD announces Emily's return home to a surprised Q family. AJ tells Monica and Alan that he suspects Edward of faking attack.

EMILY dreams she and Zander have reconciled, then awakens to find him in her room at Kelly's. Zander tries to get Emily to reconsider, but must hide when Edward arrives to take Emily home. After making Edward wait downstairs, Emily tells Zander she is moving home, stay away from her. A very unset Zander leaves.

BOBBIE gives Roy a glimpse of her jealousy over his closeness to Melissa. Luke overhears the exchange. Roy asks Luke to get him out of the hospital. When asked, Luke also gives Roy advice about Bobbie.

TONY asks Melissa about test results she was supposed to chart. (The same one Bobbie offered to "help" her with). Melissa admits she didn't do it, but now can not find chart. Bobbie arrives and "finds" it. Tony blames Melissa, it was her responsibility. After Tony leaves, Melissa accuses Bobbie of setting her up. At first Bobbie denies it, but then admits it (sort of), Atfer all who is going to believe Melissa over Bobbie? Roy and Luke approach and over hear part of conversation.

UNIDENTIFIED woman waits at airport, then hides when passengers de-plane from another flight. One of those passengers is Rae Cummings, who promptly calls Alan Q. She needs to see him ASAP. They agree to meet at hospital. Unknown to Rae, the woman (who is her daughter) listens and follows her. At the hospital Alan and Rae are interrupted before they can talk. Before they can talk again, Alan is approached they the unidentified woman.

EMILY calls Alexis to ask her to look for Zander, before he does something stupid. In an effort to NOT repeat mistakes of the past, Alexis shares info this with Ned. He is glad Emily and Zander broke up. Alexis is worried about Zander. Back to square one!

EMILY returns home. She reassures Edward that she won't tell anyone about their deal, but she despises him for blackmailing her. Monica asks Emily to be her maid of honor at the renewal ceremony. AJ tells Emily he thinks Edward is trying to pull something. He found out that the "witness" has left town - disappeared suddenly. Emily knows Edward is listening, so she blows AJ off by saying it hurts too much to talk about it.

ZANDER walks along the docks, looking for trouble. He tries to hot-wire a boat, but ends up burning his hand. Sonny arrives, that is HIS boat Zander tried to hot wire. They talk about Emily and Q's. Sonny offers advice and help. He can help Zander with school or a job, whatever Zander wants. Alexis arrives and tells Sonny to stay away from Zander. She hurries Zander away
